गुमला – गुमला जिला मुख्यालय से लगभग 10 किलोमीटर दूर स्थित एक पेट्रोल पंप पर सोमवार को एक अप्रत्याशित घटना में बाइक सवारों की मोटरसाइकिल आग की चपेट में आकर पूरी तरह जलकर राख हो गई। यह हादसा उस समय हुआ जब रांची से गुमला आ रहे दो अज्ञात बाइक सवार अपनी बाइक में पेट्रोल भरवा रहे थे।
घटना का विवरण
पेट्रोल भरते समय थोड़ी मात्रा में ईंधन बाइक के गर्म साइलेंसर पर गिर गया। गर्म साइलेंसर ने तुरंत आग पकड़ ली, जिससे देखते ही देखते पूरी मोटरसाइकिल आग की लपटों में घिर गई। बाइक सवारों ने स्थिति की गंभीरता को भांपते हुए तुरंत मोटरसाइकिल से कूदकर अपनी जान बचाई।
बड़ी दुर्घटना टली
पेट्रोल पंप कर्मचारियों और बाइक सवारों ने मिलकर जलती हुई मोटरसाइकिल को पेट्रोल पंप से दूर खींचा। उनकी सूझबूझ से एक बड़ी दुर्घटना होने से बच गई। आग इतनी विकराल थी कि कुछ ही मिनटों में बाइक पूरी तरह जलकर सिर्फ लोहे का ढांचा बचा।
स्थिति की गंभीरता
इस हादसे ने पेट्रोल पंप पर सुरक्षा उपायों की अहमियत को रेखांकित किया। समय पर कार्रवाई न होती, तो आग पेट्रोल पंप तक फैल सकती थी, जिससे बड़ी तबाही हो सकती थी।
सावधानी की अपील
विशेषज्ञों ने ऐसे हादसों से बचने के लिए पेट्रोल भरते समय बाइक का इंजन बंद रखने और साइलेंसर की गर्मी से बचने की सलाह दी है। साथ ही, पेट्रोल पंप पर सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करना अत्यंत आवश्यक है।
