गुमला : – गुमला नगर भवन, में जिला मत्स्य कार्यालय गुमला द्वारा एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यशाला का मुख्य उद्देश्य गुमला जिले के मत्स्य कृषकों को एक मंच पर लाकर मत्स्य पालन को स्वरोजगार के रूप में अपनाने हेतु प्रेरित करना तथा उनके सामाजिक और आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में ठोस कदम उठाना था।
कार्यशाला का उद्घाटन उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने किया। उन्होंने मत्स्य कृषकों को संबोधित करते हुए मछली पालन को स्वरोजगार का महत्वपूर्ण साधन बताते हुए इसके माध्यम से आत्मनिर्भर बनने की प्रेरणा दी।
जिला मत्स्य पदाधिकारी, श्रीमती कुसुम लता ने जानकारी दी कि गुमला जिले के 6800 मत्स्य कृषकों को दुर्घटना बीमा योजना से जोड़ा गया है। उन्होंने बताया कि आधुनिक वैज्ञानिक पद्धतियों जैसे बॉयोफ्लॉक टैंक, ग्रो आउट तालाब, और आरएएस तकनीक का उपयोग कर जलक्षेत्रों में मछली उत्पादन को बढ़ावा दिया जा रहा है।
जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों में नवाचारों को लागू करते हुए धनसिंह, मसरिया, और अपरशंख जलाशयों में कुल 68 केज अधिष्ठापन कर विस्थापित परिवारों को रोजगार प्रदान किया गया। इसके अतिरिक्त, मसरिया जलाशय में ICAR-CIFRI के साथ संयुक्त प्रयास से महाझींगा बीज का संचयन किया गया।
जिला में आत्मनिर्भरता बढ़ाने हेतु तीन लघु फिश फीड मिलों की स्थापना की गई है, जिससे अब मत्स्य कृषकों को बाहर से चारा मंगाने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी।
कार्यशाला में उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो, उप मत्स्य निदेशक अमरेन्द्र कुमार, जिला सहकारिता पदाधिकारी माधुरी बेक, एवं अन्य अधिकारियों के साथ जिले के प्रमुख मत्स्य कृषक उपस्थित रहे। कार्यशाला ने मत्स्य कृषकों को आधुनिक पद्धतियों और योजनाओं के माध्यम से अपने जीवन में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाने का संदेश दिया।
