गुमला : – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित डुमरी प्रखंड अंतर्गत अकासी पंचायत स्थित पर्यटन स्थल सीरा सीता धाम में फरवरी माह के प्रथम गुरुवार, दिनांक 06.02.2025 को आयोजित होने वाले मेले को राजकीय मेला घोषित किया गया है। इस मेले के सफलता पूर्वक आयोजन हेतु आज शुक्रवार को उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में गुमला के नया समाहरणालय भवन, चंदाली स्थित सभागार में एक विशेष बैठक आहूत की गई।
बैठक में उपायुक्त गुमला ने मेले के सुचारू आयोजन के लिए निम्नलिखित आवश्यक व्यवस्थाओं पर जोर दिया और संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया:
▪प्राथमिक सुविधाओं की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करना।
▪साफ-सफाई करवाना।
▪शौचालय, पेयजल, विद्युत और यातायात व्यवस्था को सुदृढ़ करना।
▪एंबुलेंस एवं चिकित्सकीय सेवाओं की उपलब्धता।
▪मेले स्थल पर आवश्यक रंग-रोगन और सौंदर्यीकरण कार्य।
उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि मेले में आने वाले किसी भी यात्री को किसी प्रकार की समस्या का सामना न करना पड़े। सभी आवश्यक तैयारियां समय से पूर्व पूर्ण करने के लिए संबंधित विभागों को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई है।
बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त गुमला, अपर समाहर्ता गुमला, एसडीओ चैनपुर, जिला जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी, जिला खेल पदाधिकारी, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, डीएसपी गुमला, बीडीओ डुमरी, सहित अन्य संबंधित पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
