गुमला उपायुक्त ने किया RSETI प्रशिक्षण केंद्र, बालिका गृह एवं नारी निकेतन का निरीक्षण

गुमला: उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने मंगलवार को गुमला जिले में स्थित RSETI प्रशिक्षण केंद्र, बालिका गृह और नारी निकेतन का निरीक्षण कर वहां की व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया। उन्होंने इन संस्थानों में रह रहे लाभार्थियों से संवाद कर उनकी समस्याओं और जरूरतों को समझा और आवश्यक निर्देश जारी किए।

RSETI प्रशिक्षण केंद्र का दौरा: युवाओं को आत्मनिर्भर बनने की प्रेरणा

निरीक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने मोबाइल रिपेयरिंग प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम का अवलोकन किया और प्रशिक्षण प्राप्त कर रहे युवाओं से बातचीत की। उन्होंने युवाओं को स्वरोजगार अपनाने के लिए प्रेरित किया और कहा कि यदि वे खुद का व्यवसाय शुरू करना चाहते हैं तो जिला प्रशासन हरसंभव सहयोग प्रदान करेगा। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि अधिक से अधिक युवाओं को इस प्रशिक्षण से जोड़ा जाए ताकि वे आर्थिक रूप से आत्मनिर्भर बन सकें।

बालिका गृह का निरीक्षण: सुरक्षा और शिक्षा पर विशेष जोर

इसके बाद उपायुक्त ने बालिका गृह का दौरा कर वहां की व्यवस्थाओं की समीक्षा की। उन्होंने बच्चियों से शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और उनके भविष्य की योजनाओं पर चर्चा की। उन्होंने जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी को निर्देश दिया कि बालिकाओं को गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं प्रदान की जाएं। उपायुक्त ने यह भी सुनिश्चित करने को कहा कि बालिकाओं की देखभाल केवल बालिका गृह तक ही सीमित न रहे, बल्कि प्रशासन उनके भविष्य की बेहतरी के लिए भी काम करता रहे।

नारी निकेतन की समीक्षा: महिलाओं के आत्मनिर्भर बनने पर जोर

नारी निकेतन में उपायुक्त ने महिलाओं से गोपनीय बातचीत कर उनकी समस्याएं सुनीं और उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनने के लिए प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि इच्छुक महिलाओं को RSETI के विभिन्न कौशल विकास कार्यक्रमों से जोड़ा जाए, जिससे वे स्वरोजगार कर आत्मनिर्भर बन सकें।

निरीक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त के साथ उप विकास आयुक्त, DCLR, जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी और अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारी उपस्थित रहे। उपायुक्त ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि इन संस्थानों की व्यवस्थाओं को लगातार मॉनिटर किया जाए और बेहतर सुविधाएं प्रदान करने के लिए ठोस कदम उठाए जाएं।
