गुमला में अवैध खनन पर जिला टास्क फोर्स की कड़ी कार्रवाई, 12 मामले दर्ज, 10 गिरफ्तार

गुमला: जिले में अवैध खनन पर शिकंजा कसते हुए जिला टास्क फोर्स (खनन) ने जनवरी 2025 में औचक निरीक्षण और छापेमारी अभियान चलाया। इस सख्त कार्रवाई के तहत जिले के विभिन्न थानों में 12 प्राथमिकी दर्ज की गईं, जबकि 10 वाहनों को जब्त कर लिया गया। अभियान के दौरान 82,215 घनफीट अवैध रूप से खनन किया गया बालू भी ज़ब्त किया गया। इसके अलावा, दो क्रशरों को सील कर तीन आरोपियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया।

खनन पट्टों की जांच में अनियमितताएं पाए जाने पर संबंधित पक्षों को कारण पृच्छा नोटिस जारी किया गया है। साथ ही, प्रदूषण नियंत्रण पर्षद, झारखंड, रांची को पत्र भेजकर पर्यावरणीय अनियमितताओं के खिलाफ आवश्यक विधि सम्मत कार्रवाई का अनुरोध किया गया है।

जिला प्रशासन ने अवैध खनन और इससे जुड़ी पर्यावरणीय क्षति को रोकने के लिए कठोर कदम उठाने की प्रतिबद्धता जताई है। अधिकारियों का कहना है कि अवैध खनन पर रोक लगाने और नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करने के लिए यह अभियान आगे भी जारी रहेगा।
