गुमला: भारतीय जनता पार्टी (भाजपा) की जिला इकाई द्वारा आयोजित प्रेस वार्ता में झारखंड भाजपा के प्रदेश प्रवक्ता डॉ. अरुण उरांव ने विपक्षी दलों पर निशाना साधते हुए कहा कि देश का विपक्ष दिशाहीन हो गया है और बिना बजट को ठीक से समझे उसकी आलोचना कर रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि विपक्ष का यह दावा कि केंद्र सरकार ने आम जनता को कोई राहत नहीं दी है, पूरी तरह निराधार है।
मध्यम वर्ग को बड़ी राहत
डॉ. उरांव ने बजट की विशेषताओं पर चर्चा करते हुए इसे युग परिवर्तन करने वाला करार दिया। उन्होंने बताया कि मध्यम वर्ग, जो कि देश की आबादी का लगभग 30 प्रतिशत है, उसे इस बजट में बड़ी राहत दी गई है।
- आयकर छूट सीमा को 7 लाख से बढ़ाकर 12 लाख रुपए कर दिया गया है, जिससे ईमानदार करदाताओं को सीधा लाभ मिलेगा।
- इस कदम से 2047 तक भारत को विकसित राष्ट्र बनाने के लक्ष्य में आम जनता की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित होगी।
बुनियादी ढांचे और कृषि क्षेत्र को मिला बढ़ावा
वित्त वर्ष 2025-26 के लिए केंद्र सरकार ने 50.65 लाख करोड़ रुपए का बजट पेश किया है।
- रेलवे को 2.52 लाख करोड़ रुपए का आवंटन किया गया है, जिससे ट्रांसपोर्ट सेक्टर को मजबूती मिलेगी।
- किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड (KCC) लोन की सीमा को 3 लाख से बढ़ाकर 5 लाख रुपए कर दिया गया है।
- राज्यों को 50 वर्ष के लिए 1.5 लाख करोड़ रुपए का ब्याज मुक्त ऋण दिया जाएगा, जिससे बुनियादी ढांचे का विकास तेजी से होगा।
व्यापार और महिला उद्यमिता को समर्थन
- दो प्रॉपर्टी रखने वाले आयकरदाताओं को अब किसी प्रकार का अतिरिक्त टैक्स नहीं देना होगा।
- एससी/एसटी समुदाय की 5 लाख महिलाओं को उद्यमी बनने के लिए 2 करोड़ रुपए तक का लोन मिलेगा।
- आंगनबाड़ी एवं पोषण 2.0 योजना से 1 करोड़ गर्भवती महिलाओं को लाभ मिलेगा।
शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र में बड़े बदलाव
- ग्रामीण सरकारी सेकेंडरी स्कूलों को ब्रॉडबैंड से जोड़ा जाएगा और अटल प्रयोगशालाएं स्थापित की जाएंगी।
- मेडिकल कॉलेजों में अगले 5 वर्षों में 75,000 नई सीटें जोड़ी जाएंगी।
- अगले वर्ष 10,000 मेडिकल सीटें बढ़ाई जाएंगी और 5 नए मेडिकल कॉलेजों की स्थापना होगी।
उद्योग और परिवहन क्षेत्र को नई दिशा
- देश में कपड़ा उद्योग (COTTON INDUSTRY) को विशेष जोर दिया गया है और चार राज्यों में नए संयंत्र स्थापित किए जाएंगे।
- अगले 10 वर्षों में 120 नए एयरपोर्ट बनाए जाएंगे, जिससे देश का ट्रांसपोर्ट नेटवर्क मजबूत होगा।
भारत के आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण की नींव रखता यह बजट
डॉ. अरुण उरांव ने इस बजट को आर्थिक सशक्तिकरण की नई इबारत बताते हुए कहा कि इससे देश के हर वर्ग को प्रत्यक्ष रूप से लाभ मिलेगा। उन्होंने इस प्रेस वार्ता में भाजपा जिला उपाध्यक्ष सत्यनारायण पटेल, वरिष्ठ नेता सागर उरांव, जिला मंत्री संजय कुमार साहू, सोशल मीडिया प्रभारी बालकेश्वर सिंह, सक्रिय नेता राजीव साहू, बाघम्बर ओहदार, लक्मीकांत बड़ाइक सहित कई कार्यकर्ताओं की उपस्थिति दर्ज की।
इस बजट को लेकर भाजपा का मानना है कि यह हर भारतीय के सपनों को साकार करने का माध्यम बनेगा और देश के समग्र विकास को नई गति देगा।
