गुमला – गुमला परियोजना निदेशक ITDA रीना हांसदा की अध्यक्षता में ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में चैनपुर और भरनो प्रखंड के नागरिकों ने ऑनलाइन माध्यम से जुड़कर अपनी समस्याओं को बताया।
कार्यक्रम में चैनपुर और भरनो प्रखंड से लगभग 25 से अधिक आवेदकों ने अपनी समस्याओं का विवरण दिया। इन समस्याओं में पेंशन, राशन, PM किसान और अन्य सरकारी योजनाओं से संबंधित मुद्दे शामिल थे। रीना हांसदा ने सभी समस्याओं को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को ऑन द स्पॉट समाधान करने का निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान मुख्य रूप से पीसीसी बनाने के सम्बन्ध में कई गांव के ग्रामिणों ने VC के माध्यम से समस्याओं को रखा। उनकी समस्याओं का निवारण संबंधित छोटे-छोटे पीसीसी को 15 वें विसी से कार्य करने के लिए प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को कहा गया। इसके अलावा भी कई समस्याओं समाधान प्रखंड स्तरों पर संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी के माध्यम से ऑन द स्पॉट किया गया।
नागरिकों द्वारा उठाए गए मुद्दों में सड़क निर्माण, पुलिया निर्माण, ऑन-लाइन रशीद, पेंशन योजना, नाली निर्माण, चबुतरा निर्माण, राशन, PMकिसान, जलमीनार मरम्मती, चैकडेम निर्माण, आवास संबंधित सहित अन्य समस्याएं थी।।
हांसदा ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को सभी समस्याओं के त्वरित और प्रभावी निष्पादन के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन आम जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान के लिए पूरी तरह प्रतिबद्ध है। उन्होंने स्थानीय रूप से जिन समस्याओं का समाधान किया जा सकता है उसका त्वरित निष्पादन करने का निर्देश दिया, इसके साथ ही पंचायत एवं ग्राम स्तरों की समस्याओं के निष्पादन हेतु ग्राम सभा करते हुए उक्त समस्याओं के निवारण करने के निर्देश दिए।
