11 दिनों से निबंध का कार्य गुमला में पूरी तरह बहिष्कार, किए जाने से लाखों,करोडों का राजस्व का नुकसान

गुमला – गुमला बार एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष अधिवक्ता गिद्ववार अघन उरांव, सचिन बाबूलाल श्रीवास्तव सह सचिव अधिवक्ता अमर कुमार तीनों पदाधिकारी द्वारा एक प्रेस कॉन्फ्रेंस कर बताया गया पिछले दिनों , यह घोषणा की गई थी के 1 फरवरी से निबंध का कार्य पूरी तरह से बहिष्कार रहेगा और आज 11 दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी गुमला में निबंध कार्य स्थगित है बार सचिव अधिवक्ता बाबूलाल ने बताया कि हम सभी बार एसोसिएशन के अधिवक्ता गण एवं पदाधिकारी द्वारा गुमला उपायुक्त को दिनांक 18 दिसंबर 2024 को एक ज्ञापन सौंप कर हम सभी ने तीन मांगे रखी थी, पहला एडिशनल कलेक्टर ए,सी का कोर्ट, दूसरा उपायुक्त का कोर्ट तथा तीसरा निबंध का कार्यालय जिस परिसर में चला करता था वहीं पर चले ताकि अधिवक्ता और आम जनता को परेशानी उठानी ना पड़े परंतु उपायुक्त द्वारा तीन मांगों में दो मांग जिसमें ए,सी कोर्ट और उपयुक्त कोर्ट स्वीकार किया गया और तीसरा निबंध कार्यालय पर कोई विचार नहीं किया गया जिससे अधिवक्ताओं को काफी परेशानी उठानी पड़ रही है तब हम लोगों ने हड़ताल करने का फैसला लिया और यह हड़ताल आगे भी जारी रहेगा जब तक हमारी मांगों पर उचित निर्णय हो जाता है बार एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष अधिवक्ता गिद्ववार अघन उरांव ने बताया कि नए भवन में रजिस्ट्री ऑफिस जाने से आम जनता के साथ ही साथ अधिवक्ताओं को काफी दिक्कत हो रही है एक काम के लिए वहां 10:00 बजे से 5:00 बजे तक रहना पड़ता है अधिवक्ताओं को और कई कार्य होते हैं ऐसी स्थिति में क्लाइंट को भी भारी दिक्कत उठानी पड़ रही है आने-जाने में भी प्रॉब्लम है इसलिए रजिस्ट्री ऑफिस पुणे वापस लाया जाए यही हमारी मांग है बहुत सारे भवन यूं ही खाली है,

इस मौके पर युवा अधिवक्ता बार एसोसिएशन के सह सचिव अमर कुमार ने प्रेस वार्ता में कहा कि नए परिवेश में रजिस्ट्री ऑफिस जाने से निबंधन कार्यालय के पदाधिकारी नाजायज फायदा उठा रहे हैं उन्होंने अभी कहा कि निबंध कार्यालय के लोग क्लाइंट से डायरेक्ट निबंध के लिए डील करने लगे बार एसोसिएशन का एक ही मांग है पुराने कार्यालय पर पुनः कार्यालय लाया जाए या फिर बहुत सारे भवन बंद पड़े हैं कचहरी परिसर के इर्द-गिर्द वहां पर निबंधन कार्यालय चलाया जाए यह जनता के लिए भी प्रशासन के लिए भी और अधिवक्ताओं के लिए भी उचित होगा
