गुमला: जिले के थैलेसीमिया और सिकल सेल एनीमिया से पीड़ित बच्चों के लिए एक बड़ी राहत की खबर आई है। जिला प्रशासन गुमला और ‘द विशिंग फैक्ट्री’ (The Wishing Factory) के संयुक्त प्रयास तथा IRCTC के CSR फंड के सहयोग से एक आधुनिक ब्लड ट्रांसफ्यूजन सेंटर का विधिवत शुभारंभ किया गया।
इस विशेष अवसर पर भारत की पूर्व मुख्य सूचना आयुक्त सुषमा सिंह, गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी और परियोजना निदेशक ITDA रीना हांसदा ने सेंटर का उद्घाटन किया। कार्यक्रम में सिविल सर्जन नवल कुमार, ‘द विशिंग फैक्ट्री’ के चेयरमैन राजेश ठाकुर, डॉक्टर्स, स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी और आम नागरिक भी उपस्थित रहे।
सेंटर जिले के लिए एक वरदान – सुषमा सिंह
मुख्य अतिथि सुषमा सिंह ने जिले के नागरिकों को बधाई देते हुए कहा, “ऐसी स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं हर जगह नहीं मिलतीं, लेकिन गुमला को यह सौभाग्य प्राप्त हुआ है। यह सेंटर थैलेसीमिया से पीड़ित बच्चों के लिए किसी वरदान से कम नहीं होगा।” उन्होंने इस पहल के लिए उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी और ‘द विशिंग फैक्ट्री’ की सराहना की।
उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने केंद्र के महत्व को बताया
गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने इस सेंटर की विशेषताओं पर प्रकाश डालते हुए कहा, “यह केंद्र बच्चों को सुरक्षित और प्रभावी इलाज मुहैया कराएगा। ‘द विशिंग फैक्ट्री’ के सहयोग से गुमला को यह विशेष स्वास्थ्य सुविधा मिलना गर्व की बात है।” उन्होंने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि थैलेसीमिया से पीड़ित बच्चों का दिव्यांग प्रमाण पत्र अविलंब जारी किया जाए।
‘द विशिंग फैक्ट्री’ – एक अनूठी पहल का विस्तार
इस संस्था की नींव पार्थ ठाकुर ने 19 वर्ष की उम्र में रखी थी। पार्थ खुद थैलेसीमिया और सिकल सेल एनीमिया से पीड़ित थे, लेकिन उनका सपना था कि इस बीमारी से जूझ रहे हर मरीज को उचित इलाज मिले और वे अकेलापन महसूस न करें।
पार्थ ठाकुर के निधन के बाद भी यह संस्था उनकी सोच को आगे बढ़ा रही है। देशभर में 10 से अधिक ऐसे सेंटर संचालित किए जा रहे हैं और अब गुमला भी इस पहल का हिस्सा बन चुका है।
NGO ‘द विशिंग फैक्ट्री’ और IRCTC की विशेष भूमिका
संस्था के चेयरमैन राजेश ठाकुर ने बताया कि गुमला में इस सेंटर की स्थापना उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी के सहयोग से संभव हुई। आर्थिक सहयोग IRCTC के CSR फंड से प्राप्त हुआ, जिससे सेंटर के संचालन, दवाइयों की उपलब्धता और आधुनिक तकनीकों की सुविधा सुनिश्चित की गई है।
उन्होंने बताया कि, “थैलेसीमिया से ग्रसित बच्चों को फ़िल्टर किया हुआ ब्लड चढ़ाया जाएगा, जिससे उन्हें बुखार जैसी समस्याओं से बचाया जा सके। यह सेंटर सभी पीड़ित बच्चों को नि:शुल्क चिकित्सा सुविधा प्रदान करेगा।”
सेंटर की मुख्य विशेषताएं
✔ बच्चों के लिए विशेष रूप से डिजाइन किया गया केंद्र, जिसमें 5 बेड की सुविधा उपलब्ध।
✔ चाइल्ड-फ्रेंडली माहौल, जहां टीवी और खेल की सामग्री उपलब्ध कराई गई।
✔ मरीजों के मानसिक स्वास्थ्य पर विशेष ध्यान, जिससे उन्हें सकारात्मक वातावरण मिल सके।
✔ विशेष प्रशिक्षित नर्सिंग स्टाफ और स्वास्थ्यकर्मी 24/7 सेवा में उपलब्ध।
थैलेसीमिया से पीड़ित बच्चों के लिए संजीवनी साबित होगा यह सेंटर
यह सेंटर गुमला जिले में थैलेसीमिया और सिकल सेल एनीमिया से जूझ रहे बच्चों को राहत देने के लिए एक ऐतिहासिक पहल है। सरकार, NGO और समाज के सहयोग से यह सुविधा न केवल जीवन बचाएगी, बल्कि जरूरतमंद बच्चों और उनके परिवारों को मानसिक संबल भी प्रदान करेगी।
