आखिरकार बाबूलाल मरांडी विधायक दल के नेता चुने गए, अब बदलेंगे प्रदेश अध्यक्ष? सामान्य वर्ग और ओबीसी कोटे से कई नामों पर चर्चा,क्या रवींद्र राय को फिर मिलेगी अध्यक्ष की कुर्सी?

रांची : आखिरकार देर से ही सही लेकिन झारखंड विधानसभा में विधायक दल के नेता के रूप में राज्य के प्रथम मुख्यमंत्री और झारखंड भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बाबूलाल मरांडी का चयन हो गया. गुरुवार को उनके नाम की मुहर लग गई. हालांकि यह कोई चौंकानेवाली खबर नहीं है. ये तो होना ही था. इसके अलावा भाजपा के पास कोई विकल्प भी नहीं था. बाबूलाल के आदिवासी होने और पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री होने के नाते बाबूलाल मरांडी को विधायक दल का नेता चुना जाना लगभग तय था.

विधायक दल का नेता चुने जाने में केंद्रीय नेतृत्व ने इतनी देर क्यों की? ये सवाल उठना लाजमी है. हालिया विधानसभा चुनाव में आदिवासी विधायकों में मात्र बाबूलाल मरांडी और झामुमो से भाजपा में आये चंपई सोरेन ही हैं. इन्हीं दोनों में एक का चयन करना मजबूरी थी. आदिवासी सीटों पर बुरी तरह से पिछड़ चुकी भाजपा ओबीसी या फारवर्ड विधायकों पर दांव खेलने का जोखिम नहीं उठा सकती थी.

मीडिया में काफी समय से यह कयास लगाया जा रहा था कि झारखंड की राजनीतिक और सामाजिक स्थिति को देखते हुए आदिवासी विधायक को ही विधायक दल का नेता चुना जा सकता है. वैसे पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री बाबूलाल मरांडी के अलावा सबसे वरिष्ठ विधायक सीपी सिंह और तीसरा नाम महिला और ओबीसी समुदाय से आने वाली नीरा यादव का नाम चल रहा था.

सीपी सिंह जैसे सीनियर व अनुभवी नेता पर विचार नहीं हुआ

बताया जाता है कि विधानसभा चुनाव में आदिवासी समुदाय का साथ नहीं मिलने से केंद्रीय नेतृत्व झारखंड भाजपा के प्रदेश नेतृत्व से नाराज चल रहा था. प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बाबूलाल मरांडी के खराब प्रदर्शन भी इसका एक कारण माना जाता है. लेकिन भाजपा में दो आदिवासी विधायकों में एक का चयन करना था.

इसलिए बाबूलाल मरांडी का नाम आगे किया गया. इसलिए सीपी सिंह जैसे सीनियर और अनुभवी नेता पर विचार नहीं किया गया. चंपई सोरेन पर भाजपा को उतना भरोसा नहीं है और उन्होंने कोल्हान कोई कमाल नहीं कर सके. मुश्किल से सिर्फ अपनी सीट बचा पाए. अब चंपई सोरेन का भाजपा में किस तरह से प्रयोग होगा, यह देखना दिलचस्प होगा.

अब प्रदेश अध्यक्ष के लिए कई नामों पर चर्चा

बाबूलाल मरांडी को विधायक दल का नेता चुने जाने के बाद अब बारी है प्रदेश अध्यक्ष चुने जाने की. ये केंद्रीय नेतृत्व के लिए सबसे टफ टास्क है. आदिवासी विधायक के विधायक दल का नेता चुने जाने के बाद प्रदेश अध्यक्ष के नाम के तौर पर कई नाम सामने आ रहे हैं.

राज्यपाल का पद त्याग कर भाजपा में सक्रिय राजनीति में वापसी करनेवाले रघुवर दास का नाम सबसे आगे चल रहा है. कहा जा रहा है कि अब केंद्रीय नेतृत्व की नज़र ओबीसी नेताओं पर है, जिससे ओबीसी राजनीति को बढ़ावा मिल सकता है। चूंकि प्रदेश अध्यक्ष पर पार्टी की अगले पांच साल की रणनीति टिकी रहेगी. कई नेता दिल्ली में संपर्क में हैं. अपनी दावेदारी को लेकर भाजपा नेता अमित शाह से मिल रहे हैं.

ओबीसी या सामान्य वर्ग के नेताओं पर केंद्रीय नेतृत्व की नजर

दिल्ली के सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार प्रदेश अध्यक्ष के लिए ओबीसी नेताओं पर फोकस किए हुए है. इसलिए यह खबर तेजी से उड़ी है कि रघुवर दास को फिर से प्रदेश अध्यक्ष की जिम्मेवारी मिल सकती है. इनमें अन्य ओबीसी नेता-विधायकों के नाम भी चर्चा में है. बताया जाता है कि प्रदेश अध्यक्ष पद की दावेदारी को लेकर राज्यसभा सांसद आदित्य प्रसाद साहू, धनबाद सांसद ढुलू महतो और हजारीबाग सांसद मनीष जायसवाल दिल्ली के संपर्क में हैं. अमित शाह से ये नेता मिल चुके हैं.

सामान्य वर्ग कोटे से वर्तमान में अभी रवींद्र राय प्रदेश भाजपा के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष की जिम्मेवारी संभाल रहे हैं. उन्हें नाटकीय ढंग से यह पद सौंपा गया था. इससे पूर्व प्रदेश भाजपा में कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष बनाने की परंपरा नहीं रही है. अगर ओबीसी नेता को प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बनाया गया तो क्या रवींद्र राय कार्यकारी प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बने रहेंगे या उन्हें ही प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बनाकर केंद्रीय नेतृत्व सामान्य वर्ग को खुश कर सकता है.

सामान्य वर्ग से आनेवाले पूर्व विधायक अनंत ओझा और सीपी सिंह के नाम की भी चर्चा है. वहीं दलित वर्ग से आनेवाले पूर्व विधायक और प्रतिपक्ष के नेता रहे अमर कुमार बाउरी एकमात्र दलित चेहरे पर भी विचार किया जा सकता है.

सबसे ज्यादा सामान्य वर्ग के नेता बने हैं प्रदेश अध्यक्ष

बता दें कि झारखंड में भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष के पद पर अब तक सबसे ज्यादा नेता सामान्य वर्ग से ही बनाए गए हैं। झारखंड गठन के बाद इस पद पर पहले अभयकांत प्रसाद, यदुनाथ पांडेय, रवींद्र राय, पीएन सिंह और दीपक प्रकाश प्रदेश अध्यक्ष रह चुके हैं. वहीं ओबीसी से अब तक सिर्फ रघुवर दास ही दो बार प्रदेश अध्यक्ष बने हैं, जबकि आदिवासी समुदाय से प्रो. दुखा भगत और बाबूलाल मरांडी प्रदेश अध्यक्ष रह चुके हैं. बदली हुई राजनीतिक परिस्थिति में केंद्रीय नेतृत्व ओबीसी नेेेता को लेकर गंभीर है. लेकिन पार्टी में जातीय और राजनीतिक संतुलन बनाए रखने के लिए सामान्य वर्ग के नेेेेेताओं की भी अनदेखी नहीं की जा सकती.
