गुमला में “गुणवत्तापूर्ण प्रसव पूर्व देखभाल” पर चिकित्सकों के लिए दो दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण संपन्न

गुमला, मार्च 2025: मातृ एवं शिशु मृत्यु दर में कमी लाने के उद्देश्य से स्वास्थ्य विभाग गुमला और सहयोगी संस्था जपाईगो द्वारा जिले के चिकित्सकों के लिए “गुणवत्तापूर्ण प्रसव पूर्व देखभाल” पर दो दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण आयोजित किया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण में गर्भवती महिलाओं की देखभाल और उच्च जोखिम वाली गर्भावस्था की शीघ्र पहचान व प्रबंधन पर विशेष जोर दिया गया।

34 चिकित्सकों को मिला विशेष प्रशिक्षण

आरसीएच (प्रजनन और बाल स्वास्थ्य) कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत जिला स्तर पर दो बैच में कुल 34 चिकित्सकों को प्रशिक्षित किया गया। इस प्रशिक्षण में निम्नलिखित महत्वपूर्ण विषयों को शामिल किया गया:
✔ गर्भवती महिलाओं की पेट जांच और मूत्र परीक्षण (यूरिन डिपस्टिक)
✔ ओजीटीटी जांच के माध्यम से डायबिटीज की पहचान
✔ गर्भावस्था की आयु का सही आकलन
✔ एनीमिया, उच्च रक्तचाप और गर्भावस्था से संबंधित जटिलताओं का निदान एवं प्रबंधन
✔ उच्च जोखिम वाली गर्भावस्था की शीघ्र पहचान और रेफरल सिस्टम को मजबूत बनाना

मातृ और शिशु स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं में सुधार की पहल

गुमला के सिविल सर्जन डॉ. नवल कुमार ने बताया कि “बोर्न हेल्दी” कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत चाइल्ड इनवेस्टमेंट फंड फाउंडेशन और जपाईगो के सहयोग से जिले के सभी स्वास्थ्य केंद्रों पर प्रसव पूर्व देखभाल सेवाओं को और अधिक प्रभावी बनाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि गर्भावस्था के दौरान संक्रमणों और जटिलताओं की समय रहते पहचान करने से मातृ एवं शिशु मृत्यु दर को कम किया जा सकता है।

विशेषज्ञों ने साझा किए अपने अनुभव

इस प्रशिक्षण में डॉ. अनुपमा आर्या, सुनील कुमार, दीपिका बा और राजेश कुमार (जपाईगो) ने प्रशिक्षकों के रूप में अपनी भूमिका निभाई।

डी.आर.सी.एच.ओ. डॉ. सुनील राम ने बताया कि कार्यदक्षता, परामर्श कौशल, डेटा रिकॉर्डिंग और रिपोर्टिंग पर भी विशेष प्रशिक्षण दिया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि इस पहल से समय पूर्व जन्म, कम वजन वाले शिशुओं की संख्या और नवजात संक्रमण के मामलों में कमी लाने में मदद मिलेगी।

स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं को और प्रभावी बनाने की दिशा में अहम कदम

स्वास्थ्य विभाग का मानना है कि प्रसव पूर्व देखभाल सेवाओं को मजबूत करने से सुरक्षित मातृत्व को बढ़ावा मिलेगा और जच्चा-बच्चा की सेहत में सुधार होगा। यह प्रशिक्षण चिकित्सकों की दक्षता बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ मातृ एवं शिशु मृत्यु दर को नियंत्रित करने में सहायक साबित होगा।
