रांची : हेमंत सरकार ने मेडिकल कॉलेज में पीजी पाठ्यक्रम पूर्ण होने के बाद 3 वर्ष की सेवा देने के नियम में बदलाव किया है. यदि कोई मेडिकल छात्र तीन वर्ष की सेवा नहीं देना चाहता है, तो उन्हें 30 लाख रुपये और छात्रवृत्ति एवं अन्य भत्ते के रूप में प्राप्त सभी राशि एकमुश्त वापस करनी होगी.

बुधवार को हेमंत सरकार की कैबिनट की बैठक में यह निर्णय लिया गया. कैबिनेट की बैठक में कुल 31 प्रस्तावों पर मुहर लगी है. पीजी पास एमबीबीएस छात्रों को भी छूट देने का निर्णय लिया गया है.

बैठक में पीजीटी और एससी-एसटी के आश्रम विद्यालय, पीवीजीटी के प्राथमिक विद्यालय सहित 13 आवासीय विद्यालय एनजीओ से संचालित करने के लिए अवधि घटाने की स्वीकृति दी गयी. जनवितरण प्रणाली की दुकानों में फोर जी ई-पॉश मशीन के लिए मेसर्स लिंकवेयर और इंट्रिग्रा को अगामी आठ महीने तक सर्पोट देने के प्रस्ताव को स्वीकृति दी गयी.

खनिजों पर सेस बढ़ाने का फैसला 

कैबिनेट में राज्य सरकार ने खनिजों पर सेस बढ़ाने का फैसला लिया है. साथ ही सिपाही बहाली की नियमावली में भी संशोधन किय़ा है. इसके अलावा सिपाही, उत्पाद सिपाही, कक्षपाल और होमगार्ड की नियुक्ति नियमावली में संशोधन करते हुए शारीरिक मापदंड में भी बदलाव किया गया है. इसके तहत सामान्य वर्ग, आर्थिक रूप से पिछड़ा वर्ग एवं पिछड़ा के उम्मीदवारों की ऊंचाई 107 सेंटीमीटर और सीने की चौड़ाई 81 सेंटीमीटर निर्धारित की गयी है.

  एसटी-एससी के लिए ऊंचाई 155 सेंटीमीटर और सीने की चौड़ाई 79 सेंटीमीटर निर्धारित की गयी है. महिलाओं के लिए न्यूनतम ऊंचाई 148 सेंटीमीटर निर्धारित की गयी है. वहीं पुरुष की शारीरिक दक्षता में भी परिवर्तन किया गया है. अब पुरुष उम्मीदवार को 1600 मीटर (एक मील) छह मिनट में दौड़ना होगा. जबकि महिलाओं को 1600 मीटर 10 मिनट में दौड़ना होगा.

तांबे की नौ फीट की बिरसा मुंडा की प्रतिमा स्थापित होगी

राज्य सरकार ने बिरसा मुंडा जैविक उद्यान में तांबे की नौ फीट की बिरसा मुंडा की प्रतिमा स्थापित करने का निर्णय लिया है. इसके लिए नोएडा के मेसर्स रामसुतार का मनोनयन किया गया है. इस पर 25 लाख रुपए खर्च किए जाएंगे. वहीं एकीकृत बिहार के पंचायत निगम लिमिटेड के 26 कर्मियों का भुगतान 2006 से 15 नवंबर 2011 तक का किया जायेगा. इस पर 38 लाख रुपए का व्यय होगा.

झारखंड सरकार ने आंधी-तूफान और लू को राज्य की विशिष्ट स्थानीय आपदा घोषित किया है. इस निर्णय के अनुसार, इन आपदाओं के कारण जान गंवाने वाले लोगों के आश्रितों को गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के मापदंड के अनुसार, सहायता राशि प्रदान की जायेगी. इसके अलावा, दुधारू पशुओं, गैर दुधारू पशुओं और ढुलाई के लिए उपयोग की जाने वाले पशुओं की भरपाई के लिए भी सहायता राशि दी जाएगी.
