चुनावी प्रक्रियाओं को मजबूत करने के लिए राजनीतिक दलों संग बैठक, आयोग के निर्देशों का होगा पालन

गुमला: भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा चुनावी प्रक्रियाओं को अधिक पारदर्शी और सशक्त बनाने के लिए राष्ट्रीय और राज्य स्तरीय राजनीतिक दलों के साथ विचार-विमर्श का निर्णय लिया गया है। इसी क्रम में जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारी सह उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने आगामी 17 मार्च 2025 (सोमवार) को अपराह्न 04:00 बजे समाहरणालय सभागार, गुमला में मान्यता प्राप्त राजनीतिक दलों के साथ बैठक आहूत की है।

राजनीतिक दलों से सुझाव आमंत्रित

भारत निर्वाचन आयोग ने सभी राजनीतिक दलों को 30 अप्रैल 2025 तक निर्वाचन पदाधिकारियों (ERO, DEO, CEO) के स्तर पर किसी भी लंबित मुद्दे को लेकर सुझाव देने का अवसर दिया है। इसके लिए आयोग ने राजनीतिक दलों को एक व्यक्तिगत पत्र जारी किया है, जिसमें निर्वाचन प्रक्रिया को और अधिक मजबूत और निष्पक्ष बनाने हेतु उनके विचार आमंत्रित किए गए हैं।

मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त का निर्देश

हाल ही में हुए ईसीआई सम्मेलन में मुख्य चुनाव आयुक्त ज्ञानेश कुमार ने सभी राज्यों और केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों के मुख्य निर्वाचन पदाधिकारियों (CEO), जिला निर्वाचन पदाधिकारियों (DEO) और निर्वाचक निबंधन पदाधिकारियों (ERO) को निर्देश दिया था कि वे राजनीतिक दलों से नियमित चर्चा करें।

• इस दौरान प्राप्त सुझावों को वैधानिक प्रक्रिया के भीतर हल किया जाए।
• 31 मार्च 2025 तक सभी जिलों से कार्रवाई रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की जाए।
• राजनीतिक दलों को विकेंद्रीकृत प्रणाली के तहत प्रक्रिया में शामिल होने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाए।

कानूनी ढांचे के भीतर चुनाव सुधार

भारत निर्वाचन आयोग ने यह स्पष्ट किया है कि चुनावी प्रक्रिया से जुड़े 28 प्रमुख हितधारकों में राजनीतिक दल भी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं। आयोग ने अपने पत्र में उल्लेख किया कि लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम 1950 और 1951, निर्वाचक पंजीकरण नियम 1960, चुनाव संचालन नियम 1961, सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के निर्देश, और भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा समय-समय पर जारी दिशानिर्देश निष्पक्ष और स्वतंत्र चुनाव सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक सशक्त और पारदर्शी विधायी ढांचा प्रदान करते हैं।

बैठक में कानूनों का कड़ाई से होगा अनुपालन

आगामी बैठक में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग द्वारा निर्धारित नियमों के अनुसार चर्चा होगी और राजनीतिक दलों को अपने मुद्दे और सुझाव रखने का अवसर मिलेगा। साथ ही चुनावी प्रक्रिया को निष्पक्ष और पारदर्शी बनाने हेतु सभी आवश्यक पहलुओं पर विचार किया जाएगा।

इस पहल का मुख्य उद्देश्य चुनाव प्रक्रिया को अधिक समावेशी, निर्भीक और प्रभावी बनाना है, ताकि लोकतांत्रिक प्रणाली को और अधिक सशक्त किया जा सके।
