गुमला: आगामी होली और रमजान के दौरान शांति और कानून व्यवस्था बनाए रखने के उद्देश्य से गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह सहित जिले के सभी वरिष्ठ और क्षेत्रीय पदाधिकारियों के साथ वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की।
शांति और सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण बनाए रखने के निर्देश
बैठक में उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में विशेष सतर्कता बरतने और सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को मजबूत करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि होली और रमजान के दौरान किसी भी अप्रिय घटना को रोकने के लिए संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों की पहचान कर निगरानी बढ़ाई जाए।
- पुलिस पदाधिकारियों, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों और अंचलाधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया गया कि वे अपने क्षेत्रों में कानून-व्यवस्था बनाए रखें।
- संभावित उपद्रवियों को पहले से चिन्हित कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई की जाए।
- सार्वजनिक स्थलों, प्रमुख चौक-चौराहों और अधिक भीड़भाड़ वाले इलाकों में पुलिस बल की तैनाती सुनिश्चित की जाए।
- शराबबंदी को प्रभावी बनाने के लिए अवैध शराब की बिक्री और परिवहन पर कड़ी निगरानी रखी जाए।
पुलिस अधीक्षक ने दी सख्त कार्रवाई की चेतावनी
पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह ने कहा कि होली और रमजान के दौरान किसी भी तरह की गड़बड़ी को रोकने के लिए पहले से ही ठोस रणनीति बनाई जा रही है।
- शरारती और उपद्रवी तत्वों की पहचान कर उन पर विशेष निगरानी रखी जाएगी।
- संवेदनशील इलाकों में पुलिस गश्त बढ़ाई जाएगी।
- फायर ब्रिगेड और आपातकालीन सेवाओं को अलर्ट मोड में रखा जाएगा।
- आवश्यकतानुसार कुछ इलाकों में ‘नो एंट्री’ व्यवस्था लागू की जाएगी।
जिला प्रशासन की आम जनता से अपील
गुमला प्रशासन ने स्थानीय नागरिकों से अपील की कि वे त्योहार को शांति और सौहार्दपूर्ण तरीके से मनाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर किसी भी तरह की संदिग्ध गतिविधि नजर आए तो तुरंत प्रशासन को सूचित करें।
जिला प्रशासन पूरी चौकसी के साथ यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि सभी नागरिक सुरक्षित और निर्बाध रूप से अपने त्योहार मना सकें।
