गुमला उपायुक्त ने पकनी गांव का किया दौरा, ग्रामीणों की समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु दिए निर्देश

गुमला, 14 मार्च 2025 – गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने आज चैनपुर प्रखंड अंतर्गत बामदा पंचायत के पकनी गांव का दौरा किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने ग्रामीणों से मुलाकात कर उनकी समस्याओं को सुना और समाधान के लिए आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।

बिजली, पानी और सड़क की समस्याएं प्रमुख मुद्दे
गांव में कोरबा व बिरहोर जनजाति (PVTG समुदाय) के लगभग 20 परिवार निवास करते हैं, जो मुख्य रूप से कृषि पर निर्भर हैं। ग्रामीणों ने उपायुक्त के समक्ष बिजली, पानी और सड़क निर्माण की समस्याएं रखीं। उन्होंने बताया कि कुछ वर्ष पूर्व जलमीनार का निर्माण हुआ था, जो अब खराब पड़ा है। उपायुक्त ने जलमीनार को शीघ्र दुरुस्त करने के निर्देश दिए।

इसके अलावा, सोलर एनर्जी के माध्यम से गांव को बिजली से जोड़ा गया था, लेकिन खराबी के कारण गांव अंधेरे में है। उपायुक्त ने इस समस्या के समाधान हेतु संबंधित अधिकारी को शीघ्र कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।

आजीविका और सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी
उपायुक्त ने वन पट्टा की स्थिति की समीक्षा की और आजीविका मिशन (JSLPS) से जुड़ी स्वयं सहायता समूह (SHG) की महिलाओं से बातचीत की। उन्होंने ग्रामीणों को कृषि और अन्य जीविकोपार्जन के साधनों को सशक्त बनाने के लिए सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी दी। महिलाओं को स्वयं सहायता समूहों से जुड़ने और सरकार की ऋण योजनाओं का लाभ उठाने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

राशन, आंगनबाड़ी और स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं का निरीक्षण
ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि गांव में आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र नहीं है, जिससे महिलाओं और बच्चों को पोषण संबंधी लाभ नहीं मिल पा रहे हैं। राशन डीलर की अनुपस्थिति के कारण ग्रामीणों को राशन लेने के लिए लंबी दूरी तय करनी पड़ती है। उपायुक्त ने इन समस्याओं पर संबंधित अधिकारियों को जल्द समाधान निकालने के निर्देश दिए।

महिलाओं से गैस कनेक्शन, राशन वितरण, पेंशन, जन्म प्रमाण पत्र और आयुष्मान कार्ड जैसी योजनाओं की उपलब्धता की जानकारी ली गई। उपायुक्त ने संस्थागत प्रसव को बढ़ावा देने की अपील करते हुए मातृ वंदना योजना और जननी शिशु योजना के तहत मिलने वाली सहायता राशि के बारे में जागरूकता फैलाई।

खेती-बाड़ी और सिंचाई योजना की जानकारी
भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी ने ग्रामीणों को तालाब निर्माण और सिंचाई योजनाओं की जानकारी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि इन योजनाओं के तहत किसानों को अनुदान के रूप में कृषि उपकरण और वाहनों की खरीद में सहायता प्रदान की जाएगी।

ग्रामीणों के लिए हेल्पलाइन नंबर जारी
उपायुक्त ने बताया कि जिला प्रशासन ने ग्रामीणों की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के लिए हेल्पलाइन नंबर 9431319825 जारी किया है, जहां वे अपनी शिकायतें दर्ज करा सकते हैं।

विद्यालय और आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र का निरीक्षण
उपायुक्त ने नव प्राथमिक विद्यालय, पकनी का निरीक्षण कर बच्चों और शिक्षकों से शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र में पोषण ट्रैकर की स्थिति की समीक्षा की और छूटे हुए बच्चों को केंद्र से जोड़ने के निर्देश दिए।

इस दौरे के दौरान अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चैनपुर, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी चैनपुर, अंचल अधिकारी चैनपुर और पंचायत मुखिया सहित अन्य पदाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
