गुमला में डायन बिसाही के अंधविश्वास में महिला की हत्या, पुलिस ने आरोपी को किया गिरफ्तार

गुमला, 14 मार्च 2025 – झारखंड के गुमला जिले में अंधविश्वास के चलते एक दिल दहला देने वाली घटना सामने आई है। सदर थाना क्षेत्र के फट्टी बगीचा टोली गांव में 50 वर्षीय महिला मैनो देवी की धारदार हथियार से हत्या कर शव को कटवा नदी के पास फेंक दिया गया। पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए आरोपी को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है।

गायब हुई महिला का मिला शव

मृतका के पुत्र भीम उरांव के अनुसार, उनकी मां शुक्रवार को अपने दूसरे घर जा रही थीं, लेकिन अचानक रहस्यमय तरीके से लापता हो गईं। जब काफी खोजबीन के बाद भी वह नहीं मिलीं, तो परिजनों ने टोटो थाना में गुमशुदगी की शिकायत दर्ज कराई, लेकिन कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई। बाद में गुमला सदर थाना में आवेदन देने पर पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह ने संज्ञान लेते हुए एसडीपीओ सुरेश प्रसाद यादव के नेतृत्व में एक विशेष टीम बनाई और रांची से डॉग स्क्वायड बुलाकर छानबीन शुरू की।

आरोपी ने कबूला अपराध

जांच के दौरान पुलिस को कटवा नदी के उत्तरी छोर पर मैनो देवी की चप्पल और कुछ दूरी पर उनका शव बरामद हुआ। महिला एसआई हेमा देवी के नेतृत्व में पुलिस ने घटनास्थल की जांच की और शव को पोस्टमार्टम के लिए गुमला सदर अस्पताल भेज दिया। जांच के दौरान मृतका के पड़ोसी कर्मपाल लकड़ा पर संदेह हुआ, जिसे हिरासत में लेकर पूछताछ की गई। पुलिसिया सख्ती के बाद कर्मपाल ने अपराध स्वीकार करते हुए बताया कि उसकी भाभी की मौत 2009 में सांप के काटने से हुई थी। वह इस घटना को डायन-बिसाही और जादू-टोने से जोड़कर मैनो देवी को इसका जिम्मेदार मान रहा था। इसी अंधविश्वास में उसने धारदार हथियार से महिला की बेरहमी से हत्या कर दी।

पुलिस ने आरोपी को भेजा जेल

गुमला पुलिस ने हत्या के आरोपी कर्मपाल लकड़ा को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायालय में पेश किया, जहां से उसे जेल भेज दिया गया। पुलिस ने कहा कि क्षेत्र में अंधविश्वास से जुड़ी घटनाओं पर सख्ती से रोक लगाने के लिए प्रयास किए जाएंगे।
