एसडीएम ने निजी स्कूलों के रीएडमिशन शुल्क वसूली पर लगाई रोक

गिरिडीह : खोरीमहुआ के अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी अनिमेश रंजन ने खोरीमहुआ अनुमंडल क्षेत्र अंतर्गत संचालित सभी निजी एवं सहायता प्राप्त विद्यालय द्वारा अनधिकृत शुल्क वसूली पर रोक लगाने का निर्देश दिया है। जारी आदेश में विद्यालय प्रवंधन को निर्देशित किया गया कि अभिभावकों पर अपने बच्चों के पुनः नामांकन (री-एडमिशन), किताबें, यूनिफॉर्म, स्टेशनरी और अन्य सामग्री खरीदने के लिए अधिक राशि वसूल रहे हैं। यह कार्य न केवल अभिभावकों पर आर्थिक बोझ डालता है, बल्कि निम्न वर्गीय/मध्यम वर्गीय अभिभावकों को बच्चों की शिक्षा की लागत (स्कूल की फीस, ट्यूशन, किताबें आदि) वहन करना मुश्किल हो जाता है और बच्चों की पढ़ाई बीच में ही रुक जाती है।

निर्देश दिया गया है कि छात्र-छात्राओं/अभिभावकों से री-एडमिशन, यूनिफॉर्म या अन्य शैक्षणिक सामग्री की खरीद हेतु निर्धारित राशि से अधिक राशि वसूल करने पर उनके विरुद्ध विधि-सम्मत कार्रवाई की जाएगी। साथ ही शिक्षा के अधिकार अधिनियम, 2009 तथा केन्द्रीय माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड, नई दिल्ली द्वारा समय-समय पर निर्गत परिपत्र में उल्लेखित निदेशों का पालन करना सुनिश्चित करेंगे।
