“बोकारो में पति-पत्नी ने मिलकर 1.5 करोड़ की ठगी को दिया अंजाम, दो कंपनियों को बनाया शिकार”

बोकारो, 15 अप्रैल 2025 — झारखंड के बोकारो जिले में एक पति-पत्नी की जोड़ी पर ₹1.57 करोड़ की धोखाधड़ी का गंभीर आरोप लगा है। यह ठगी लोहे के स्क्रैप व्यापार के नाम पर की गई। दो व्यापारियों ने पुलिस में शिकायत दर्ज कराई है जिसमें आरोप है कि न सिर्फ उनका बकाया नहीं चुकाया गया बल्कि उन्हें जान से मारने की धमकी भी दी गई।

क्या है पूरा मामला?

बोकारो के सिटी थाना और सेक्टर-12 थाना में दर्ज एफआईआर के अनुसार, ईश इस्पात प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के निदेशक संजय कुमार राय और उनकी पत्नी सरिता देवी ने संस्कार ट्रेडर्स और स्वास्तिक एंटरप्राइजेज से लोहे का स्क्रैप खरीदा, लेकिन भुगतान नहीं किया।

संस्कार ट्रेडर्स के मालिक राकेश कुमार ने बताया कि अप्रैल 2023 से जून 2024 के बीच स्क्रैप की आपूर्ति की गई थी। दोनों कंपनियों पर उनका ₹40,25,547 बकाया है। उन्होंने आरोप लगाया कि जब उन्होंने अपने पारिवारिक कार्यक्रम (श्राद्ध) और मार्च क्लोजिंग के मद्देनज़र पैसे की मांग की, तो उन्हें पैसे देने से मना कर दिया गया और धमकियां दी गईं।

स्वास्तिक एंटरप्राइजेज ने भी दर्ज कराई FIR

दिवाकर साव, जो स्वास्तिक एंटरप्राइजेज के मालिक हैं, ने भी एफआईआर दर्ज कराई है। उनके अनुसार, 7 जून से 26 अगस्त 2024 के बीच उन्होंने ₹1,77,73,987 का स्क्रैप भेजा, जिसमें से केवल ₹60 लाख ही मिला है। बाकी ₹1,17,73,987 अब भी बकाया है। दिवाकर ने भी आरोप लगाया कि पैसे की मांग करने पर उन्हें धमकियाँ दी जा रही हैं।

पुलिस जांच में जुटी

दोनों मामलों में बोकारो पुलिस ने FIR दर्ज कर ली है और जांच शुरू कर दी गई है। आरोपियों के खिलाफ धारा 420 (धोखाधड़ी) और 506 (धमकी) समेत अन्य धाराओं में मामला दर्ज किया गया है।
