झामुमो में नेतृत्व परिवर्तन: हेमंत सोरेन बने नए केंद्रीय अध्यक्ष, शिबू सोरेन को मिली संरक्षक की भूमिका

रांची के खेलगांव में मंगलवार को झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा (झामुमो) के 13वें केंद्रीय अधिवेशन के दौरान पार्टी ने बड़ा निर्णय लेते हुए मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन को केंद्रीय अध्यक्ष नियुक्त किया। इस मौके पर लंबे समय से अध्यक्ष पद पर आसीन रहे वरिष्ठ नेता शिबू सोरेन को पार्टी का संस्थापक संरक्षक घोषित किया गया। यह बदलाव पार्टी की रणनीतिक दिशा और भावी नेतृत्व को स्पष्ट करता है।

झारखंड की राजनीति में अहम भूमिका निभाने वाली पार्टी झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा (झामुमो) के 13वें केंद्रीय अधिवेशन के दूसरे दिन संगठन में बड़े बदलाव की घोषणा की गई। पार्टी के वरिष्ठतम नेता और आदिवासी हितों की आवाज माने जाने वाले शिबू सोरेन ने केंद्रीय अध्यक्ष पद से इस्तीफा देकर यह दायित्व मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन को सौंपा। अब वे पार्टी के संस्थापक संरक्षक की भूमिका में काम करेंगे।

लंबे समय बाद बड़ा बदलाव

लगभग चार दशकों तक झामुमो की कमान संभालने वाले शिबू सोरेन ने पहली बार पार्टी में शीर्ष नेतृत्व की बागडोर पूरी तरह अगली पीढ़ी को सौंपी है। हेमंत सोरेन, जो अब तक कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष थे, अब पार्टी के पूर्णकालिक केंद्रीय अध्यक्ष बन गए हैं।

2015 से हेमंत की सक्रिय भूमिका

झारखंड मुक्ति मोर्चा ने 2015 में जमशेदपुर अधिवेशन के दौरान हेमंत सोरेन को कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष नियुक्त किया था। उनके नेतृत्व में पार्टी ने दो विधानसभा चुनावों में उल्लेखनीय सफलता हासिल की। दस वर्षों की कार्यकारी जिम्मेदारी के बाद अब उन्हें पार्टी का सर्वोच्च पद दिया गया है।

झामुमो के संस्थागत इतिहास की झलक

पार्टी की स्थापना 1972 में हुई थी और पहले अध्यक्ष के रूप में विनोद बिहारी महतो ने नेतृत्व किया। 1984 में बदले राजनीतिक माहौल में नीरमल महतो अध्यक्ष बनाए गए। इसके बाद शिबू सोरेन ने पार्टी को लगातार 38 वर्षों तक दिशा दी।

नीतिगत प्रस्तावों में तीखे तेवर

अधिवेशन के पहले दिन वरिष्ठ विधायक स्टीफन मरांडी द्वारा प्रस्तुत राजनीतिक प्रस्तावों में केंद्र सरकार की नीतियों की आलोचना की गई। प्रस्तावों में यह आरोप लगाया गया कि अल्पसंख्यक, अनुसूचित जाति और जनजातियों के अधिकारों पर लगातार हमले हो रहे हैं। इसके अलावा, पार्टी ने जनगणना और सीमांकन (delimitation) को संविधान विरोधी बताते हुए इसका विरोध दर्ज किया।

• खतियान आधारित स्थानीय पहचान के आधार पर नियुक्तियों में 100% आरक्षण

• CNT-SPT अधिनियम में संशोधन की रोकथाम के लिए कड़ा कानून

• भूमि वापसी आयोग का गठन

• आदिवासियों को स्थायी पट्टा अधिकार

• वन उपज पर वनवासियों के अधिकार सुनिश्चित करना
