गुमला में कल्याण विभाग की छात्रावास समीक्षा बैठक, उपायुक्त ने समस्याओं के शीघ्र समाधान के दिए निर्देश

गुमला जिला समाहरणालय में मंगलवार को उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में कल्याण विभाग द्वारा संचालित छात्रावासों की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई। इस बैठक का उद्देश्य जिले में संचालित 19 छात्रावासों की व्यवस्थाओं, समस्याओं और सुधारात्मक कदमों पर मंथन करना था।

गुमला समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में जिले के सभी कल्याण विभाग अंतर्गत छात्रावासों की कार्यप्रणाली की समीक्षा हेतु एक विशेष बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में 19 छात्रावासों की वर्तमान स्थिति, उपलब्ध संसाधन और छात्रों की समस्याओं पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई।

छात्रावासों के सुपरिटेंडेंट और वार्डन से सीधे संवाद करते हुए उपायुक्त ने रखरखाव, रसोई, बॉउंड्री वॉल, विद्युत आपूर्ति और पेयजल सुविधा जैसी मूलभूत आवश्यकताओं की स्थिति की जानकारी प्राप्त की। उन्होंने जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी को निर्देशित किया कि सभी लंबित समस्याओं का निवारण शीघ्रता से किया जाए, ताकि विद्यार्थियों को किसी असुविधा का सामना न करना पड़े।

इसके अतिरिक्त, उपायुक्त ने सभी छात्रावासों से छात्र-छात्राओं का पूर्ण विवरण यथाशीघ्र उपलब्ध कराने का निर्देश भी दिया। फिलहाल केवल 10 छात्रावासों ने यह विवरण प्रस्तुत किया है, शेष छात्रावासों को त्वरित कार्रवाई करने को कहा गया है।

उपायुक्त सत्यार्थी ने अधिकारियों से कहा, “छात्रावासों में बच्चों को एक सकारात्मक और अध्ययन के अनुकूल वातावरण उपलब्ध कराना हमारी प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए। बच्चों को गलत रास्ते पर जाने से रोकने का सबसे प्रभावी तरीका है—उन्हें शिक्षा की ओर प्रेरित करना।”

बैठक में जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, छात्रावास अधीक्षक, वार्डेन और अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
