हजारीबाग में दिनदहाड़े सनसनीखेज वारदात: पेट्रोल पंप मैनेजर की गोली मारकर हत्या

11 लाख रुपये लूटकर फरार हुए बाइक सवार अपराधी , इलाके में दहशत और मातम का माहौल

इचाक, हजारीबाग | 15 अप्रैल 2025 झारखंड के हजारीबाग जिले के इचाक थाना क्षेत्र में मंगलवार को एक बेहद सनसनीखेज और दिल दहला देने वाली वारदात सामने आई, जहां बैंक में पैसा जमा करने जा रहे पेट्रोल पंप के मैनेजर की बाइक सवार अपराधियों ने गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी और 11 लाख रुपये से भरा बैग लूटकर फरार हो गए। इस दुस्साहसी वारदात ने पूरे इलाके में दहशत फैला दी है और कानून-व्यवस्था पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं।

कैसे घटी वारदात

घटना सुबह करीब 11:00 बजे की है। 32 वर्षीय शंकर रविदास, जो इचाक प्रखंड के कुटुमसुकरी गांव निवासी थे और सालपर्णी पेट्रोल पंप में बतौर मैनेजर कार्यरत थे, अपने पेट्रोल पंप के तीन दिनों के कलेक्शन, करीब 11 लाख रुपये, को स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया (इचाक शाखा) में जमा करने के लिए बाइक से निकले थे।

इसी दौरान, सफेद अपाची बाइक पर सवार दो नकाबपोश अपराधी, जो पहले से उनका पीछा कर रहे थे, ने एनएच-33 के सर्विस रोड पर स्थित हाई स्कूल सिझुआ के पास उन्हें ओवरटेक कर रोक लिया। उन्होंने शंकर से रुपयों का बैग छीनने की कोशिश की, लेकिन शंकर रविदास ने बहादुरी दिखाते हुए बैग लेकर भागने की कोशिश की। इसी बीच, अपराधियों ने पीछे से गो*ली चला दी, जिससे वे मौके पर ही गिर पड़े। अपराधी रुपयों का बैग लेकर स्कूल के पीछे के रास्ते से फरार हो गए।

मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस, जांच शुरू

सूचना मिलते ही इचाक थाना के एसआई संतोष कुमार दल-बल के साथ मौके पर पहुंचे और घायल शंकर रविदास को तत्काल आरोग्यम अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों ने उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया।

घटना के बाद पुलिस अधीक्षक अरविंद कुमार, डीएसपी अमित कुमार, प्रशिक्षु आईपीएस श्रुति, और एसडीपीओ अमित कुमार भी घटनास्थल पर पहुंचे और मामले की गंभीरता से जांच शुरू की। घटनास्थल से पुलिस को 7.85 एमएम की गो*ली का एक खाली खोखा मिला है। पुलिस आसपास के सीसीटीवी फुटेज खंगाल रही है ताकि अपराधि*यों की पहचान की जा सके।

इलाके में पसरा मातम, गांव में गमगीन माहौल

शंकर रविदास की हत्या की खबर से उनका गांव कुटुमसुकरी और आसपास के इलाके में मातम छा गया। परिजनों का रो-रोकर बुरा हाल है। मृतक की पत्नी बबीता देवी, 5 वर्षीय बेटी वर्षा, पिता मंगर रविदास और मां राधा देवी पूरी तरह से सदमे में हैं। शंकर रविदास अपने घर का इकलौता कमाऊ सदस्य था।

उनके सहकर्मियों और जानने वालों के अनुसार, शंकर रविदास मृदुभाषी, ईमानदार और मेहनती इंसान थे। वे पिछले 10 वर्षों से सालपर्णी पेट्रोल पंप में कार्यरत थे और वहां के सभी कर्मचारियों के प्रिय थे।

सवालों के घेरे में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था

दिनदहाड़े इतनी बड़ी वारदात का अंजाम देकर अपराधियों का बेखौफ भाग निकलना, पुलिस और प्रशासन की सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर गंभीर सवाल खड़ा कर रहा है। यह घटना दर्शाती है कि आपराधिक तत्वों में कानून का कोई भय नहीं रह गया है।

स्थानीय लोगों का कहना है कि इस इलाके में बैंक तक लेन-देन के लिए पर्याप्त सुरक्षा व्यवस्था नहीं होती, जो इस तरह की घटनाओं को बढ़ावा दे रही है। कई लोगों ने मांग की है कि बैंक और व्यावसायिक संस्थानों के आसपास स्थायी पुलिस सुरक्षा व्यवस्था बनाई जाए।

क्या बोले पुलिस अधिकारी

पुलिस अधीक्षक अरविंद कुमार ने मीडिया से बात करते हुए कहा कि, “अपराधियों की पहचान और गिरफ्तारी के लिए विशेष जांच टीम (SIT) बनाई गई है। जल्द ही अपराधियों को पकड़ लिया जाएगा और उन्हें कड़ी सजा दिलाई जाएगी। सीसीटीवी फुटेज के जरिए हम अपराधियों के करीब हैं।”

न्याय की मांग, प्रशासन पर दबाव

स्थानीय समाजसेवियों, व्यापारियों और जनप्रतिनिधियों ने शंकर रविदास के परिजनों को सरकारी मुआवजा देने, उनकी बेटी की शिक्षा एवं भविष्य की जिम्मेदारी उठाने, तथा अपराधियों को स्पीडी ट्रायल के माध्यम से कड़ी सजा दिलाने की मांग की है।

यह घटना एक बार फिर साबित करती है कि हजारीबाग जैसे शांत इलाके में भी अब अपराधियों के हौसले बुलंद हैं। प्रशासन और पुलिस के लिए यह परीक्षा की घड़ी है कि वे दोषियों को कितनी जल्द पकड़ते हैं और पीड़ित परिवार को न्याय दिलाते है।
