मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन 3 देशों के दौरे पर जाएंगे, निवेश आकर्षित करने की कोशिशें तेज

झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन 19 अप्रैल से 26 अप्रैल तक तीन देशों – पुर्तगाल, स्वीडन और स्पेन – की आधिकारिक यात्रा पर जाएंगे। इस दौरे का उद्देश्य राज्य में पूंजी निवेश को बढ़ावा देना और रोजगार के अवसर सृजित करना है।

मुख्यमंत्री के साथ उनकी पत्नी कल्पना सोरेन और आठ सदस्यीय उच्चस्तरीय प्रतिनिधिमंडल भी इस विदेश यात्रा पर जाएगा। इस दल में नगर विकास एवं आवास मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार सोनू, मुख्य सचिव अल्का तिवारी, मुख्यमंत्री के अतिरिक्त मुख्य सचिव अविनाश कुमार, उद्योग सचिव अर्वा राजकमल और उद्योग निदेशक सुशांत गौरव सहित अन्य अधिकारी शामिल होंगे।

इस टीम के विदेश दौरे के लिए राज्य सरकार ने विदेश मंत्रालय से राजनीतिक स्वीकृति मांगी है। संभावना है कि आने वाले कुछ दिनों में स्वीकृति प्राप्त हो जाएगी। इस यात्रा के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री और उनकी टीम वहां के औद्योगिक जगत से जुड़ी प्रमुख हस्तियों और संस्थानों से संवाद करेंगे।

सूत्रों के अनुसार, इस दौरे के लिए उद्योग विभाग ने विस्तृत कार्ययोजना तैयार की है। सरकार का उद्देश्य है कि झारखंड में बड़े पैमाने पर पूंजी निवेश लाकर राज्य की आर्थिक स्थिति को सुदृढ़ किया जाए और स्थानीय लोगों को रोजगार मिले।

बजट सत्र के बाद मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन और देश के दूसरे सबसे बड़े उद्योगपति गौतम अडानी के बीच हुई लंबी बैठक भी इसी दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम माना जा रहा है। मुख्यमंत्री पहले ही यह संकेत दे चुके हैं कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 में राज्य सरकार 20 से 22 हजार करोड़ रुपये का पूंजी निवेश साकार करना चाहती है।

अब तक झारखंड में कोई बड़ा पूंजी निवेश नहीं हुआ है, हालांकि पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री भी इस दिशा में प्रयास कर चुके हैं। वर्ष 2017 में रघुवर दास ने जापान और चेक गणराज्य का दौरा किया था। उनसे पहले अर्जुन मुंडा ने भी विदेश यात्रा की थी। रघुवर दास ने रांची में ‘मोमेंटम झारखंड’ कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर निवेशकों को आमंत्रित करने की कोशिश की थी।

अब मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन की यह विदेश यात्रा झारखंड में औद्योगिक विकास की दिशा में एक नई पहल मानी जा रही है।
