कांग्रेस नेता मुन्ना सिंह ने राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग निर्माण से उपजी अव्यवस्थाओं पर जताई चिंता, निदेशक से की मुलाकात, शीघ्र कार्रवाई की मांग

हजारीबाग | राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 33 पर भारत माता चौक से रामगढ़ की ओर चल रहे छह लेन सड़क निर्माण कार्य की धीमी रफ्तार और उससे उत्पन्न अव्यवस्थाओं ने स्थानीय नागरिकों और व्यापारियों के बीच भारी असंतोष पैदा कर दिया है। बृहस्पतिवार को झारखंड प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के वरिष्ठ नेता मुन्ना सिंह ने निर्माण स्थल का दौरा कर स्थिति का प्रत्यक्ष निरीक्षण किया और मौके पर मौजूद लोगों से समस्याओं की जानकारी ली।

मुन्ना सिंह ने निरीक्षण के पश्चात बताया कि निर्माण क्षेत्र में गड्ढों से भरी सड़कों, अपर्याप्त प्रकाश व्यवस्था और सुरक्षा उपायों की घोर अनदेखी के कारण न सिर्फ व्यापार बाधित हो रहा है, बल्कि आम नागरिक, विशेषकर दोपहिया वाहन चालकों और पैदल यात्रियों की जान जोखिम में पड़ रही है।

“जनसुरक्षा और व्यापार दोनों पर संकट” – मुन्ना सिंह

कांग्रेस नेता ने कहा,

“इस क्षेत्र के व्यापारी ग्राहकों की कमी से जूझ रहे हैं। रास्ते की दुर्दशा ने दुकानों तक पहुँचना मुश्किल बना दिया है। नागरिकों की सुरक्षा के साथ कोई समझौता नहीं किया जा सकता।”

निदेशक से मुलाकात, रखीं चार अहम माँगें

निरीक्षण के उपरांत श्री सिंह ने भारतीय राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग प्राधिकरण (NHAI) की हजारीबाग परियोजना कार्यान्वयन इकाई के निदेशक मनोज कुमार पाण्डेय से भेंट की और निर्माण कार्य से उत्पन्न समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु चार प्रमुख माँगें रखीं:

1. निर्माण क्षेत्र में समुचित स्ट्रीट लाइट की व्यवस्था की जाए।
2. सड़क पर बने गड्ढों की मरम्मत कर उसे समतल और सुरक्षित बनाया जाए।
3. व्यवसायिक प्रतिष्ठानों तक सुगम पहुँच के लिए वैकल्पिक मार्ग सुनिश्चित किया जाए।
4. निर्माण स्थल पर सुरक्षा प्रोटोकॉल का सख्ती से पालन हो।

जनांदोलन की चेतावनी, केंद्रीय मंत्री को भी भेजा पत्र

मुन्ना सिंह ने चेताया कि यदि समय पर प्रभावी कार्रवाई नहीं हुई, तो कांग्रेस पार्टी जनहित में आंदोलन शुरू करने को विवश होगी। साथ ही उन्होंने इस समस्या को लेकर केंद्रीय सड़क परिवहन मंत्री श्री नितिन गडकरी को भी ईमेल के माध्यम से एक विस्तृत पत्र प्रेषित किया है ताकि केंद्रीय स्तर पर भी इस मुद्दे को गंभीरता से लिया जाए।

परियोजना निदेशक का आश्वासन

परेशान जनता की शिकायतों के संदर्भ में परियोजना निदेशक मनोज कुमार पाण्डेय ने आश्वासन दिया कि सभी समस्याओं का प्राथमिकता के आधार पर समाधान किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि निर्माण एजेंसियों को दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए जा रहे हैं, ताकि नागरिकों को कम से कम असुविधा हो।

हजारीबाग से गुजरते इस राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग के निर्माण कार्य ने जहाँ विकास की उम्मीदें जगाईं, वहीं असावधानी और सुस्ती ने स्थानीय जनजीवन को अस्त-व्यस्त कर दिया है। कांग्रेस नेता मुन्ना सिंह की पहल से उम्मीद बंधी है कि नागरिकों की समस्याओं को अब गंभीरता से लिया जाएगा।
