साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उप विकास आयुक्त ने सुनी जनता की समस्याएं और निदान को लेकर दिए कई आवश्यक व उचित दिशा निर्देश

गुमला : – गुमला जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के आयें नागरिकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित निवारण हेतु आयोजित साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो की अध्यक्षता में आम जनों के विभिन्न मुद्दों की सुनवाई की गई। जिले के शहरी व ग्रामीण क्षेत्र से आए लोगों ने अपनी अपनी समस्याओं को उप विकास आयुक्त के समक्ष रखा। इस दौरान उन्होंने वहां उपस्थित सभी लोगों से एक–एक कर उनकी समस्याएँ सुनी एवं अश्वासन दिया कि उनके सभी शिकायतों की जल्द से जल्द जाँच कराते हुए शिकायतों का समाधान किया जाएगा।

डुमरी प्रखंड के मँझगांव पंचायत अंतर्गत कोठी गांव के ग्रामीण द्वारा आवेदन दिया गया कि उनके गांव में लगभग 87 लोगों का आधार कार्ड अपडेट करवाना है , इस कार्य हेतु गांव में एक शिविर का आयोजन किया जाए। इस संबंध में उप विकास आयुक्त ने संबंधित पदाधिकारी को उचित कार्रवाई हेतु निर्देश दिए हैं।

जैरागी पंचायत अंतर्गत गालू गांव में कच्ची सड़क है ,जिसके कारण ग्रामीणों को आवागमन में काफी परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है , गांव में सड़क निर्माण कार्य हेतु आवेदन दिया गया , इस समस्या को देखते हुए संबंधित पदाधिकारी को जांचोपरांत आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु निर्देश दिया गया।

ग्राम पंचायत पुगु के विजयनगर टोला में लगभग 18 परिवार निवास करते हैं। इस टोले में पेयजल की समस्या है। इस टोले में नल-जल योजना अंतर्गत चापाकल लगवाने हेतु आवेदन दिया गया। इस संबंध में जांचोपरांत आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु निर्देश दिया गया।

इसके अतिरिक्त आज के जन शिकायत निवारण में मुख्य रूप से भूमअतिक्रमण,रोजगार,मईया सम्मान योजना की राशि,राशन नहीं मिलने की समस्या,सड़क,नाली, डीप बोरिंग, दिव्यांग हेतु बैटरी चालित साइकिल,राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ना, आश्रित को नौकरी, हाई टेंशन बिजली का तार हटाने हेतु आवेदन आये। आज उप विकास आयुक्त ने लगभग 30 से अधिक आवेदकों से मुलाकात की और उनकी समस्याओं को सुना। जन शिकायत में सभी शिकायतकर्ता की समस्याएँ को सुनने के पश्चात उप विकास आयुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों को अग्रसारित कर सभी आवेदनों का भौतिक सत्यापन करते हुए समस्याओं का समाधान जल्द से जल्द करने का निर्देश दिया।
