मुस्कान परवीन हत्याकांड: ग्रामीणों ने एसपी से की निष्पक्ष जांच की मांग, परिजनों पर लगाया हत्या का संदेह

गुमला, 7 अप्रैल 2025 — गुमला जिले के बसुवा गांव में नाबालिग लड़की मुस्कान परवीन की रहस्यमयी मौत के मामले ने नया मोड़ ले लिया है। सोमवार को गांव के सैकड़ों ग्रामीणों ने गुमला पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह से मुलाकात कर निष्पक्ष जांच की मांग की। उन्होंने दावा किया कि जेल में बंद आरोपी सलमान आलम निर्दोष है और हत्या के पीछे खुद मुस्कान के परिजन हो सकते हैं।

ग्रामीणों ने परिजनों पर जताया शक, पुलिस को सौंपा ज्ञापन

एसपी कार्यालय पहुंचे ग्रामीणों ने दावा किया कि मुस्कान और सलमान एक-दूसरे से प्रेम करते थे और विवाह करना चाहते थे, लेकिन परिजन इस रिश्ते के खिलाफ थे। ग्रामीणों ने प्रेमी-प्रेमिका के बीच हुई मोबाइल चैटिंग की फोटो कॉपी भी सौंपी और बताया कि सलमान को फंसाया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि पूरे मामले की गहराई से जांच होनी चाहिए ताकि निर्दोष को सजा न मिले और असली दोषी सामने आए।

एसपी ने निष्पक्ष जांच का दिया भरोसा

एसपी शंभू कुमार सिंह ने ग्रामीणों को आश्वासन दिया कि मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा, “दोषी कोई भी हो, उसे बख्शा नहीं जाएगा। पुलिस हर पहलु से मामले की जांच कर रही है।”

क्या है पूरा मामला?

11 मार्च 2025 की रात करीब 10:30 बजे से सुबह 3:00 बजे के बीच मुस्कान परवीन लापता हो गई थी। परिजनों ने बताया कि उन्होंने निजी स्तर पर उसकी काफी खोजबीन की, लेकिन कोई सफलता नहीं मिली। अंततः थाने में शिकायत दर्ज कराई गई, लेकिन परिजनों का आरोप है कि पुलिस ने समय पर कार्रवाई नहीं की।

14 मार्च की सुबह गांव के तालाब में तैरता हुआ एक शव मिला, जिसकी पहचान मुस्कान परवीन के रूप में हुई। मृतका के पिता ने गांव के ही सलमान आलम पर बेटी के अपहरण और हत्या का आरोप लगाया। उनके अनुसार सलमान ने मुस्कान को धमकाया था कि वह किसी और से शादी नहीं करने देगा।

नेताओं ने भी उठाई सवाल की आवाज

स्थानीय नेता मुख्तार आलम ने बताया कि उन्हें मृतका के पिता ने घटना की जानकारी दी, जिसके बाद उन्होंने खुद मौके पर पहुंचकर पुलिस अधीक्षक को घटना की सूचना दी। इसके बाद पुलिस ने घटनास्थल पर पहुंचकर शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए भेजा।

नेताओं और परिजनों ने टोटो थाना प्रभारी पर भी लापरवाही का आरोप लगाया और कहा कि यदि उन्हें न्याय नहीं मिला तो बड़े पैमाने पर आंदोलन किया जाएगा।

पुलिस जांच जारी, हर पहलु पर नजर

गुमला पुलिस ने इस मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए जांच तेज कर दी है। सभी संभावित कोणों से पूछताछ और छानबीन की जा रही है। पुलिस ने कहा है कि पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट और अन्य साक्ष्यों के आधार पर आगे की कार्रवाई की जाएगी और दोषी को सख्त सजा दिलाई जाएगी।

इस हत्याकांड ने न सिर्फ ग्रामीणों को झकझोर दिया है, बल्कि पुलिस-प्रशासन की कार्यशैली पर भी सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। अब देखना होगा कि जांच में सच सामने आता है या यह मामला भी अन्य विवादों की तरह अनसुलझा रह जाएगा।
