कामडारा में उपायुक्त का निरीक्षण दौरा: समर कैंप में बच्चों संग बिताया वक्त, विकास योजनाओं की गहराई से की समीक्षा

गुमला | उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने 21 मई 2025 को गुमला जिले के कामडारा प्रखंड का दौरा कर क्षेत्र में चल रही विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं की प्रगति का जायजा लिया। इस दौरान उन्होंने न केवल सरकारी योजनाओं की समीक्षा की, बल्कि बच्चों के समर कैंप में भाग लेकर उनके साथ समय भी बिताया। निरीक्षण के दौरान शिक्षा, मनरेगा, सार्वजनिक वितरण प्रणाली और नव-निर्मित सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (CHC) पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया।

बच्चों के साथ समर कैंप में साझा किया अनुभव

कामडारा स्थित राजकीय उत्क्रमित उच्च विद्यालय मोहाटोली में जिला शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा आयोजित दो दिवसीय समर कैंप का निरीक्षण उपायुक्त ने अपने भ्रमण की शुरुआत में किया। इस कैंप में प्रखंड के विभिन्न विद्यालयों के सैकड़ों छात्र-छात्राओं ने भाग लिया।
उपायुक्त ने बच्चों से आत्मीय बातचीत करते हुए उनके अनुभवों को सुना और उन्हें ज्ञान के साथ-साथ दोस्ती और रचनात्मकता की ओर प्रेरित किया।
बच्चों ने पेड़ों की पत्तियों के संग्रह और उनके विश्लेषण को रोचक तरीके से प्रस्तुत किया, जिसने उपस्थित अधिकारियों का मन मोह लिया।

उपायुक्त ने कहा, “बच्चों का सर्वांगीण विकास ऐसे रचनात्मक आयोजनों से ही संभव है। भविष्य में भी ऐसे प्रयासों को पूरी तरह सहयोग दिया जाएगा।”

मनरेगा बागवानी परियोजना का किया निरीक्षण

समर कैंप के बाद उपायुक्त ने मनरेगा अंतर्गत संचालित आम बागवानी योजना का स्थल निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने ग्रामीण किसानों से संवाद कर उनकी समस्याओं और अनुभवों को जाना।
योजना की गुणवत्ता और दीर्घकालिक प्रभाव पर अधिकारियों से जानकारी प्राप्त कर उन्होंने स्पष्ट निर्देश दिया कि कार्यों की मजबूती और पारदर्शिता प्राथमिकता होनी चाहिए।

जन वितरण प्रणाली में पारदर्शिता पर दिया जोर

सालगुटू गांव के जनवितरण प्रणाली केंद्र में उपायुक्त ने राशन वितरण प्रक्रिया, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वजन मशीन, लाभुकों की सूची, रसीद पंजी जैसे दस्तावेजों का विस्तार से परीक्षण किया।
उन्होंने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि सभी लाभुकों का ई-केवाईसी अनिवार्य रूप से कराया जाए, विशेषकर वृद्धजनों का घर जाकर।
राशन कार्डों की अद्यतन सूची तैयार करने, मृत व्यक्तियों के नाम हटाने और नए पात्र लाभुकों को जोड़ने की प्रक्रिया को तेजी से करने का निर्देश भी दिया गया।

जिला आपूर्ति पदाधिकारी को सभी प्रखंडों में आई-रेटिना मशीन की उपलब्धता सुनिश्चित करने के साथ उसका समुचित उपयोग कराने को कहा गया।

नव-निर्मित CHC की व्यवस्थाओं का गहन परीक्षण

सालगुटू पंचायत में हाल ही में तैयार सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र का निरीक्षण करते हुए उपायुक्त ने अस्पताल की ओपीडी, डिलीवरी रिपोर्ट और डेली एक्टिविटी रजिस्टर समेत सभी अभिलेखों की समीक्षा की।
उन्होंने स्वास्थ्य विभाग को निर्देश दिया कि पिछले दो वर्षों में प्रेग्नेंसी के दौरान हुई मौतों की रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की जाए और मातृ वंदना योजना समेत अन्य स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं का लाभ मरीजों को अस्पताल से छुट्टी के समय दिया जाए।
बच्चे के जन्म पर तत्काल जन्म प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने, अस्पताल की जानकारी दर्शाने वाले साइनेज लगाने और ग्रामीणों को CHC की सेवाओं की जानकारी देने को भी जरूरी बताया।

सभी सेवाएं लोगों तक पहुंचे, यही प्राथमिकता: उपायुक्त

उपायुक्त सत्यार्थी ने अंत में सभी अधिकारियों से स्पष्ट रूप से कहा कि जिले में संचालित सभी सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ योग्य व्यक्तियों तक पहुँचना चाहिए और किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

निरीक्षण के दौरान उपस्थित रहे:
इस अवसर पर एसडीओ बसिया, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी कामडारा, अंचल अधिकारी कामडारा, स्वास्थ्य विभाग से मोनिका बाला, शिक्षा विभाग से दिलदार सिंह और जिला जनसंपर्क कार्यालय से अलीना दास समेत अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।

गुमला प्रशासन का यह दौरा शासन की योजनाओं को ज़मीनी स्तर पर लागू करने की गंभीरता को दर्शाता है।
