प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के हाथों “प्राइम मिनिस्टर अवॉर्ड” से नवाजे जाएंगे गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी

गुमला, झारखंड – झारखंड के गुमला जिले के उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी को उनकी प्रशासनिक दक्षता और जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं के उत्कृष्ट क्रियान्वयन के लिए देश के सबसे प्रतिष्ठित “प्राइम मिनिस्टर अवॉर्ड फॉर एक्सीलेंस इन पब्लिक एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन” से सम्मानित किया जाएगा। यह सम्मान स्वयं भारत के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र दामोदरदास मोदी 21 अप्रैल 2025 को दिल्ली में आयोजित सिविल सेवा दिवस के अवसर पर प्रदान करेंगे।

इस समारोह में देश भर से चुने गए 1200 से अधिक प्रशासनिक अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति में कर्ण सत्यार्थी प्रधानमंत्री के सामने जिले में हुए सामाजिक बदलावों की प्रस्तुति देंगे।

गरीबी उन्मूलन से लेकर महिला सशक्तिकरण तक, गुमला बना रोल मॉडल

गुमला जैसे आदिवासी बहुल, संसाधन-वंचित और नक्सल प्रभावित जिले में कार्य करना किसी चुनौती से कम नहीं। बावजूद इसके कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने अपने नवाचारी प्रयासों से जिले में परिवर्तन की बयार बहाई है।

उनकी योजनाओं के तहत:

• गरीबों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए स्वरोजगार योजनाएं चलाई गईं

• परंपरागत वाद्य यंत्र, कृषि औजार और बांस शिल्प को पुनर्जीवित किया गया

• आदिम जनजातियों को आलू की खेती व चिप्स निर्माण के लिए संसाधन व प्रशिक्षण दिए गए

• जिले में हाईटेक लाइब्रेरी, विज्ञान भवन और वृद्धाश्रम की स्थापना हुई

• नक्सल क्षेत्रों तक पहुंच बनाकर जनता दरबार के माध्यम से समस्याओं का तत्काल समाधान सुनिश्चित किया गया

सिर्फ यही नहीं, महिलाओं को उद्योगों से जोड़ने, युवाओं को बैंक ऋण दिलाने, निजी कंपनियों में रोजगार दिलाने और स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को मजबूत करने के लिए भी उल्लेखनीय कार्य किए गए हैं।

पूर्व उपायुक्त सुशांत गौरव भी हो चुके हैं सम्मानित

इससे पहले वर्ष 2022 में गुमला के ही पूर्व उपायुक्त सुशांत गौरव को रागी (मडुवा) को पोषक आहार के रूप में अंतरराष्ट्रीय पहचान दिलाने के लिए यह अवॉर्ड मिला था। गुमला अब लगातार दूसरी बार इस प्रतिष्ठित मंच पर अपनी उपस्थिति दर्ज कराने जा रहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने दी अग्रिम बधाई

इस उपलब्धि की घोषणा के बाद झारखंड के मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन ने उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी को अग्रिम शुभकामनाएं दी हैं। यह पुरस्कार न केवल गुमला बल्कि पूरे झारखंड राज्य के लिए गौरव का विषय है।
