सड़क दुर्घटना में गंभीर रूप से घायल व्यक्ति को , ऑक्सीजन उपलब्ध नहीं कराया गया , और तो और 108 एंबुलेंस चालक , 108 एम्बुलेंस में गंभीर मरीज को छोड़कर हुआ फरार , 108 एंबुलेंस में मरीज की हुई मौत

गुमला – गुमला सदर अस्पताल की स्थिति बाद से बत्तर बताते हुए मृतक के भाई बिरसाई उरांव और परिजनों ने दो-तीन घंटे तक किया गया हंगामा, गुमला सदर अस्पताल में कई गंभीर आरोप लगाते हुए , मृतक के भाई बिरसाई उरांव ने बताया की नेशनल हाईवे 23 पर नागफनी के समक्ष सड़क दुर्घटना में गंभीर रूप से घायल मेरे भाई 50 वर्षीय अजय तिग्गा को गुमला सदर अस्पताल में प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद बेहतर इलाज के लिये रांची रिम्स रेफर किया गया था, परन्तु गुमला सदर अस्पताल से ऑक्सीजन उपलब्ध नहीं कराया गया और और मेरे भाई जो गंभीर रूप से घायल था उसे ऐसा एम्बुलेंस उपलब्ध कराया गया , जिसका चालक मेरे गंभीर रूप से घायल भाई को एंबुलेंस में ही छोड़ कर भाग गया और समय पर ऑक्सीजन उपलब्ध नहीं होने और एंबुलेंस गाड़ी के चालक द्वारा गाड़ी छोड़कर फरार हो जाने के कारण और गुमला सदर अस्पताल की आक्रमान्यता और कार्य शिथिलता के कारण ही मेरे गंभीर रूप से घायल भाई की स्थित एकाएक गंभीर हो गई और 108 एंबुलेंस में ही उनकी मौत हो गई और वह काल के गाल में समा गया , मृतक मेरा भाई अजय तिग्गा जो पोस्ट ऑफिस ( पोस्टल )विभाग रांची में कार्यरत था और वह अपनी ड्यूटी समाप्त कर , अपने स्कूटी में सवार होकर वापस घर आ रहा था , इसी क्रम में नागफनी ग्राम के पास विपरीत दिशा से आ रहे एक अनियंत्रित और तेज रफ्तार अपाचे मोटरसाइकिल से सीधी टक्कर होने के कारण मेरा भाई गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गया , जिसे सिसई थाना पुलिस के सहयोग से इलाज के लियें गुमला सदर अस्पताल लाया गया जहां प्राथमिकी उपचार के बाद डॉक्टर ने मेरे भाई अजय तिग्गा को बेहतर इलाज हेतु रांची रिम्स रेफर कर दिया गया था , परन्तु गुमला सदर अस्पताल से समय पर ऑक्सीजन उपलब्ध नहीं कराने और 108 एम्बुलेंस का चालक , उक्त एंबुलेंस गाड़ी को छोड़कर फरार हो गया और एंबुलेंस में सवार गंभीर रूप से घायल मेरे भाई अजय तिग्गा को समय पर ऑक्सीजन नहीं मिलने और 108 एंबुलेंस के गाड़ी के चालक द्वारा एंबुलेंस गाड़ी छोड़कर भागने के कारण ही , मेरे भाई अजय तिग्गा की लापरवाही बरतने के कारण ही मौत हो गई हैं और अब मेरा भाई अजय तिग्गा वापस नहीं आयेंगा , यह गुमला सदर अस्पताल की आक्रमान्यता और कार्य शिथिलता के कारण ही मेरे भाई का समय से पहले अकाल मृत्यु हुई है , नहीं तो आज मेरा भाई अजय तिग्गा जिंदा होता , इस घटनाक्रम का जांच होनी चाहिए और दोषी व्यक्तियों पर कानूनी कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए,, ना ऑक्सीजन दिया गया और 108 एंबुलेंस का गाड़ी छोड़कर ही चालाक भाग गया।
