गुमला: ऑक्सीजन के अभाव और 108 एम्बुलेंस चालक की लापरवाही से गंभीर घायल की हुई मौत, परिजनों ने उठाई जांच की मांग

नागफनी में सड़क हादसे के बाद घायल पोस्टल कर्मी की गुमला सदर अस्पताल में उपेक्षा के चलते हुई मौत, परिजनों का अस्पताल प्रशासन पर गंभीर आरोप

📍 गुमला, झारखंड – जिले के नागफनी इलाके में सड़क दुर्घटना में गंभीर रूप से घायल हुए 50 वर्षीय अजय तिग्गा की मौत ने गुमला सदर अस्पताल की कार्यप्रणाली पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। मृतक के परिजनों का आरोप है कि समय पर ऑक्सीजन उपलब्ध न कराना और 108 एम्बुलेंस चालक द्वारा बीच रास्ते में मरीज को छोड़कर फरार हो जाना इस मौत का मुख्य कारण बना।

घटना के बाद मृतक के भाई बिरसाई उरांव और परिजनों ने गुमला सदर अस्पताल में करीब दो से तीन घंटे तक हंगामा किया और प्रशासन के खिलाफ नाराजगी जताई।

क्या हुआ था हादसे में?

मृतक अजय तिग्गा, जो कि रांची पोस्टल विभाग में कार्यरत थे, सोमवार शाम ड्यूटी खत्म करने के बाद स्कूटी से अपने घर लौट रहे थे। उसी दौरान नागफनी गांव के पास एक तेज रफ्तार अपाचे मोटरसाइकिल से उनकी सीधी टक्कर हो गई, जिससे वे गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए।

स्थानीय लोगों और सिसई थाना पुलिस की मदद से उन्हें गुमला सदर अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया। प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद डॉक्टरों ने उनकी गंभीर स्थिति को देखते हुए उन्हें रांची रिम्स रेफर कर दिया।

108 एम्बुलेंस की लापरवाही बनी मौत की वजह

परिजनों के अनुसार, अजय तिग्गा को गुमला से रांची भेजने के लिए जो 108 एम्बुलेंस उपलब्ध कराई गई, उसमें ऑक्सीजन की व्यवस्था नहीं थी। स्थिति और भी भयावह तब हो गई जब एम्बुलेंस का चालक बीच रास्ते में मरीज को छोड़कर फरार हो गया।

“मेरे भाई को समय पर ऑक्सीजन नहीं दी गई और एम्बुलेंस चालक उन्हें गाड़ी में छोड़कर भाग गया। यह पूरी तरह से गुमला सदर अस्पताल की लापरवाही और प्रशासनिक शिथिलता का नतीजा है,” – बिरसाई उरांव (मृतक के भाई)

अंततः, इलाज के लिए रांची ले जाए जाने से पहले ही अजय तिग्गा ने एम्बुलेंस में ही दम तोड़ दिया।

जांच और कार्रवाई की उठी मांग

परिजनों ने जिला प्रशासन से इस पूरे घटनाक्रम की उच्च स्तरीय जांच कराने की मांग की है। उनका कहना है कि यदि समय पर ऑक्सीजन और उचित चिकित्सा सुविधा मिल जाती, तो अजय की जान बचाई जा सकती थी।

इस घटना ने 108 एम्बुलेंस सेवा की विश्वसनीयता और सदर अस्पताल की आपातकालीन सेवाओं पर गहरा प्रश्नचिन्ह लगा दिया है। स्थानीय लोगों का भी कहना है कि यह पहला मामला नहीं है, जब अस्पताल की लापरवाही ने किसी की जान ले ली हो।
