गुमला , 21 अप्रैल 2025 — गुमला जिले के लिए यह गर्व का क्षण है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने नई दिल्ली के विज्ञान भवन में आयोजित सिविल सेवा दिवस सम्मान समारोह में गुमला के उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी को प्रधानमंत्री उत्कृष्टता पुरस्कार 2023 से सम्मानित किया। यह पुरस्कार जिले में समग्र विकास और प्रभावशाली नवाचारों के सफल क्रियान्वयन के लिए प्रदान किया गया।
जिले की नवाचार योजनाएं बनीं पुरस्कार की आधारशिला
इस पुरस्कार के लिए गुमला जिले को भारत सरकार की 12 प्रमुख योजनाओं में शानदार प्रदर्शन, नवाचारी प्रयास और सतत विकास के लिए चुना गया। अपने संबोधन में उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने जिले की दो प्रमुख पहलों पर प्रकाश डाला:

प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी – डुमरी प्रखंड की महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों द्वारा संचालित यह योजना किशोरियों के मासिक धर्म स्वास्थ्य, स्वच्छता और सेनेटरी पैड निर्माण पर केंद्रित है।

उज्जना-बिज्जना अभियान – यह आजीविका संवर्धन की दिशा में शुरू की गई पहल है, जिसका उद्देश्य ग्रामीण महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाकर उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाना है।
लगातार चार वर्षों से राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर गुमला का जलवा
गुमला जिले ने बीते चार वर्षों में लगातार राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर प्रशंसा हासिल की है:

2021: नवाचार श्रेणी में ग्राम संपत्ति डिजिटल एसेट रजिस्टर के लिए फाइनलिस्ट

2022: आकांक्षी जिला कार्यक्रम के तहत विजेता

2024: डुमरी प्रखंड के कार्यों के लिए आकांक्षी प्रखंड कार्यक्रम में फाइनलिस्ट
यह दर्शाता है कि गुमला जिले ने प्रशासनिक दक्षता और समुदाय-आधारित विकास में मिसाल कायम की है।
टीमवर्क और जनसहभागिता से मिली सफलता: उपायुक्त
सम्मान मिलने के बाद उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने इस उपलब्धि का श्रेय गुमला जिला प्रशासन की पूरी टीम और जागरूक नागरिकों को दिया। उन्होंने कहा:
“यह पुरस्कार केवल मेरा नहीं है, यह हमारी सामूहिक मेहनत और सेवा भावना का सम्मान है। जिले के अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों की प्रतिबद्धता और जनता की भागीदारी के बिना यह संभव नहीं था।”
उन्होंने आगे कहा कि यह सम्मान उन्हें और अधिक कड़ी मेहनत और जनहित में नवाचार जारी रखने की प्रेरणा देता है।
