गुमला न्यायालय के निर्देश पर वाहन जांच अभियान, दर्जनभर गाड़ियाँ जब्त

गुमला, झारखंड — गुमला न्यायालय के आदेश के बाद घाघरा थाना क्षेत्र में सोमवार दोपहर एक बजे से पुलिस द्वारा वाहन जांच अभियान चलाया गया। इस सघन जांच अभियान में कुल एक दर्जन से अधिक दोपहिया वाहन जब्त किए गए, जिनमें अधिकतर वाहनों के कागजात अधूरे थे या चालक ने हेलमेट नहीं पहना था।

वाहन चालकों की लापरवाही बनी सख्ती की वजह

यह अभियान घाघरा थाना के मुख्य गेट के पास संचालित किया गया, जिसमें पुलिस टीम ने ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, वाहन के रजिस्ट्रेशन पेपर्स, बीमा, हेलमेट और शराब सेवन कर वाहन चलाने जैसे उल्लंघनों की जांच की। पुलिस के अनुसार, कई वाहन चालकों के पास आवश्यक दस्तावेज नहीं थे, और कुछ नाबालिग बच्चों द्वारा वाहन चलाए जा रहे थे।

“अक्सर सड़क दुर्घटनाओं की प्रमुख वजहें — बिना हेलमेट वाहन चलाना, नशे में ड्राइविंग और नाबालिगों द्वारा वाहन संचालन होती हैं। इन पर रोक लगाने के लिए अदालत के निर्देशानुसार यह अभियान चलाया गया,” — घाघरा थाना पुलिस का बयान।

जांच के बाद कोर्ट और परिवहन विभाग को भेजी गई रिपोर्ट

जब्त किए गए वाहनों से संबंधित रिपोर्ट गुमला न्यायालय और जिला परिवहन विभाग को भेज दी गई है। आगे की कानूनी कार्रवाई भी संबंधित प्रावधानों के तहत सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। पुलिस ने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि इस तरह के अभियान भविष्य में भी नियमित रूप से चलाए जाएंगे, ताकि सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित हो सके।
