प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा आज नई दिल्ली के विज्ञान भवन में सिविल सेवा दिवस पर आयोजित सम्मान समारोह में उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी को प्रधानमंत्री उत्कृष्टता पुरस्कार- 2023 से सम्मानित किया गया

सिविल सेवा के क्षेत्र में बेहतर कार्य करने वाले भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के अधिकारियों को सिविल सर्विस डे पर जिले में उत्कृष्ठ कार्य के लिए किया गया सम्मानित

गुमला :- आज प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा नई दिल्ली के विज्ञान भवन में सिविल सेवा दिवस पर आयोजित सम्मान समारोह में उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी को प्राइम मिनिस्टर अवार्ड फॉर एक्सीलेंस इन पब्लिक एडमिनिस्ट्रेशन अवॉर्ड से सम्मानित किया गया। यह पुरस्कार वर्ष 2023 के लिए दिया गया। यह अवॉर्ड सिविल सेवा के क्षेत्र में बेहतर कार्य करने वाले भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के अधिकारियों को अपने जिले में उत्कृष्ठ एवं समग्र विकास करने के लिए दिया जाता है। इसी कड़ी में आज गुमला जिले को एक बार फिर से प्रधानमंत्री उत्कृष्टता पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया। गुमला जिले को लगातार दूसरी बार यह उपलब्धि हासिल हुई है। जो भारत सरकार की 12 प्रमुख योजनाओं में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन और ज़िले में किए गए नवाचारों और प्रभावशाली पहलों के लिए दिया गया है।

जिले में समग्र विकास एवं नवाचार पहल से मिली सफलता

इस पुरस्कार समारोह में उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी द्वारा वहां उपस्थित सभी लोगों को संबोधित किया , उन्होंने अपने संबोधन में गुमला जिले की दो प्रमुख नवाचार पहलों का विशेष रूप से उल्लेख किया:

प्रोजेक्ट किशोरी – डुमरी प्रखंड की स्वयं सहायता समूहों द्वारा संचालित यह पहल किशोरियों के मासिक धर्म स्वास्थ्य और स्वच्छता को लेकर स्थानीय स्तर पर सेनेटरी पैड के निर्माण और वितरण पर केंद्रित है।

उज्जना-बिज्जना अभियान – यह आजीविका उन्नयन के लिए शुरू किया गया नवाचारी अभियान है, जिसका उद्देश्य ग्रामीण समुदायों, विशेष रूप से महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाकर उन्हें आय के बेहतर अवसर उपलब्ध कराना है।

इस उपलब्धि के साथ, गुमला जिला ने लगातार चार वर्षों तक प्रधानमंत्री पुरस्कार के फाइनलिस्ट बनने का दुर्लभ गौरव प्राप्त किया है:
2021 – नवाचार श्रेणी में ग्राम संपत्ति डिजिटल एसेट रजिस्टर के लिए फाइनलिस्ट।
2022– आकांक्षी ज़िला कार्यक्रम के तहत विजेता।
2023 – ज़िलों के समग्र विकास श्रेणी में विजेता।
2024 – डुमरी प्रखंड के बेहतरीन कार्यों के लिए आकांक्षी प्रखंड कार्यक्रम के तहत फाइनलिस्ट।

इस सफलता का श्रेय जिला प्रशासन की टीम को
उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने इस उपलब्धि का श्रेय प्रखंड और जिला स्तर के अधिकारियों की कड़ी मेहनत को दिया। उन्होंने कहा, यह सम्मान सिर्फ मेरे लिए नहीं, बल्कि उस पूरी टीम का है जो जनता की सेवा में दिन-रात जुटी रही। साथ ही साथ जिले के जागरूक नागरिकों के अथक प्रयासों का परिणाम है। उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने गुमला ज़िले के सभी नागरिकों को ढेरों बधाई दिया है। उन्होंने कहा यह पुरस्कार आप सभी के सहयोग, संकल्प और सामूहिक प्रयास का परिणाम है। यह सम्मान हमें और मेहनत करने की प्रेरणा देता है। जिला प्रशासन अब और बेहतर योजनाओं के साथ विकास को गति देने को तैयार है।
