निजी स्कूलों की मनमानी पर अब कसेगा शिकंजा: झारखंड पेरेंट्स एसोसिएशन ने रांची के डीसी की पहल का किया स्वागत

रांची: झारखंड पेरेंट्स एसोसिएशन ने रांची के उपायुक्त द्वारा निजी स्कूलों के साथ आयोजित समीक्षा बैठक का स्वागत करते हुए इसे शिक्षा व्यवस्था में पारदर्शिता और न्याय की दिशा में एक अहम कदम बताया है। बैठक में पीटीए (पैरेंट्स टीचर्स एसोसिएशन) के गठन से लेकर बीपीएल कोटे की सीटों पर हो रही गड़बड़ियों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की गई। समीक्षा बैठक में सामने आई अनियमितताओं ने यह साफ कर दिया कि कई निजी स्कूल शिक्षा के अधिकार अधिनियम का सही तरीके से पालन नहीं कर रहे हैं।

एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष अजय राय ने कहा कि उपायुक्त रांची की यह पहल लंबे समय से अभिभावकों की ओर से उठाई जा रही मांगों को गंभीरता से लेने का संकेत है। उन्होंने कहा कि झारखंड पेरेंट्स एसोसिएशन लगातार यह मांग करता रहा है कि झारखंड शिक्षा न्यायाधिकरण संशोधन अधिनियम 2017 को प्रभावी रूप से लागू किया जाए ताकि निजी स्कूलों की मनमानी पर रोक लगाई जा सके।

श्री राय ने कहा कि कई स्कूलों में बीपीएल श्रेणी के बच्चों के नामांकन में घोर अनियमितताएं बरती जा रही हैं। न सिर्फ नामांकन में भेदभाव हो रहा है, बल्कि कई बार छात्रों को गलत तरीके से नामांकन से वंचित कर दिया जाता है। इसके अलावा, फीस में मनमाने ढंग से की जा रही वृद्धि से भी अभिभावकों में भारी आक्रोश है। ऐसे में उपायुक्त रांची द्वारा इस मुद्दे को गंभीरता से लिया जाना, एक सकारात्मक संकेत है।

‘पीटीए का गठन हर स्कूल में अनिवार्य किया जाना चाहिए’

उन्होंने कहा कि पीटीए का गठन हर स्कूल में अनिवार्य किया जाना चाहिए, ताकि अभिभावक भी स्कूलों के प्रशासनिक निर्णयों में भागीदारी कर सकें। उन्होंने कहा कि हम उपायुक्त और राज्य सरकार से आग्रह करते हैं कि इस दिशा में ठोस कार्रवाई करें और उन स्कूलों पर सख्त कदम उठाएं जो नियमों का उल्लंघन कर रहे हैं।”

झारखंड पेरेंट्स एसोसिएशन ने सरकार से यह भी मांग की है कि एक निगरानी तंत्र स्थापित किया जाए जो यह सुनिश्चित करे कि शिक्षा का अधिकार अधिनियम का पालन हर निजी स्कूल में सही ढंग से हो रहा है या नहीं। इसके साथ ही, फीस निर्धारण के लिए एक नियामक आयोग की भी आवश्यकता महसूस की जा रही है, जो समय-समय पर स्कूलों की फीस संरचना की समीक्षा करे।
