गिरिडीह जिला प्रशासन ने लगाया रक्तदान शिविर, कई अधिकारियों व आमजनों ने स्वैच्छिक रक्तदान किया,डीसी ने इसके लिए लोगों को प्रेरित किया

गिरिडीह : जिला प्रशासन व स्वास्थ्य विभाग के सौजन्य में मंगलवार को समाहरणालय परिसर में रक्तदान शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। आयोजित रक्तदान शिविर में कुल 34 यूनिट ब्लड डोनेट किया गया। रक्तदान शिविर में जिले के उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा सहित गिरिडीह, सदर अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी समेत कई अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों व आमजनों ने भी स्वैच्छिक रक्तदान किया।

इस मौके पर डीसी ने आमजनों से रक्तदान की अपील करते हुए कहा कि रक्तदान से न केवल राष्ट्रीय आवश्यकता पूरी होती है, बल्कि यह समाज एवं मानवता के प्रति एक बड़ी सेवा भी है। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे द्वारा दिए गए रक्त से कई जिंदगियों को बचाया जा सकता है। उन्होंने इस पुनीत कार्य में सभी को जुड़ कर रक्तदान के लिए प्रेरित किया।

हर स्वस्थ व्यक्ति को प्रत्येक तीन माह में रक्तदान करना चाहिए : डीसी

उन्होंने कहा कि दुर्घटना की वजह से घायल या बीमारी की वजह से रक्त की कमी से जूझ रहे व्यक्ति को, रक्त मिलने से उस व्यक्ति का जीवन बच पाता है। हर स्वस्थ व्यक्ति को प्रत्येक तीन माह में रक्तदान करना चाहिए। गिरिडीह जिले में खून की कमी से किसी की मौत न हो।

जिला प्रशासन इस दिशा में निरंतर कार्य कर रहा है। जिला प्रशासन और स्वास्थ्य विभाग के संयुक्त तत्वावधान में समय समय पर जिला मुख्यालय समेत सभी प्रखंडों में ब्लड डोनेशन कैंप का आयोजन किया जा रहा है, ताकि अधिकाधिक संख्या में रक्त का संग्रह किया जाये और जरूरतमंद लोगों को सही समय पर रक्त उपलब्ध कराया जाय।
