प्रखंड कार्यालय के सभागार में समीक्षा बैठक, दिए कई दिशा – निर्देश

गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित घाघरा प्रखंड कार्यालय के सभागार में मंगलवार को प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी दिनेश कुमार की अध्यक्षता में सभी विभागों के विभागाध्यक्ष के साथ समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई । बैठक में विभिन्न विभागों के विभागाध्यक्ष को दिए गए कई दिशा निर्देश ।
पदाधिकारी सह प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी के द्वारा सभी जन वितरण प्रणाली दुकानदारों के साथ एनएफएसए एवं ग्रीन कार्ड वितरण का समीक्षा करते हुए आगामी एक सप्ताह के अंदर एनएफएसए एवं ग्रीन कार्ड वितरण प्रतिशत में वृद्धि करने का निर्देश दिया गया । साथ ही समीक्षा में जन वितरण प्रणाली हापामुनि के दुकानदार लालदेव उरांव सहित अन्य दुकानदारों को प्रतिशत बहुत ही कम पाया गया उन्हें कड़ी चेतावनी के साथ एक सप्ताह के अंदर वितरण में वृद्धि हेतु निर्देशित किया गया । साथ ही सभी जन वितरण प्रणाली दुकानदारों को दिनांक 24.4.2025 को प्रखंड कार्यालय में होने वाली रक्तदान शिविर में अपने-अपने क्षेत्र अंतर्गत दो-दो ब्लड डोनेटर्स उपलब्ध कराने हेतु अनुरोध किया गया ।
आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों की समीक्षा करते हुए सेहल, नौडीहा, घाघरा, देवाकी, कुही, चुन्दरी, एवं रुकी पंचायत के पंचायत सचिव एवं रोजगार सेवक को एक सप्ताह के अंदर सभी निर्माणाधीन केंद्रों को पूर्ण कर अधोहस्ताक्षरी को सूचित करने का निर्देश दिया गया ।
वहीं मुखिया, पंचायत सचिव तथा रोजगार सेवक को आपस में समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए मनरेगा द्वारा पूर्व में संचालित योजनाएं जो पूर्ण हो चुकी है वैसे योजनाओं को जल्द से जल्द क्लोज करने तथा पद जनरेशन के अंतर्गत पंचायत बार निर्धारित लक्ष्य के अनुरूप मजदूरों की संख्या बढ़ाने हेतु निर्देश दिया गया तथा आवास योजना का समीक्षा करते हुए स्वीकृति प्राप्त लाभुकों से व्यक्तिगत संपर्क करते हुए आवास निर्माण कार्य में तेजी लाने के साथ जिन लाभों का द्वितीय तृतीय किस्त प्राप्त है वैसे आवासों को एक सप्ताह के अंदर पूर्ण करने हेतु निर्देश दिया गया तथा उक्त आवास योजना के अंतर्गत वैसे लाभुक जो पलायन कर चुके हैं अथवा आवास का लाभ लेने के इच्छुक नहीं है , वैसे लाभुकों की सूची कार्यालय में उपलब्ध कराने हेतु सभी मुखिया पंचायत सचिव एवं पंचायत सहायक को निर्देश दिया गया ताकि वैसे लाभुकों का नाम प्रतीक्षा सूची से हटाया जा सके ।
वहीं बैठक में 24.4.2025 को प्रखंड कार्यालय में आयोजित होने वाली सभी मुखियाओं से अपने-अपने पंचायत से पांच रक्तदान करता उक्त तस्वीर में उपस्थित करने हेतु अनुरोध किया गया , साथ ही रक्तदान की विषय पर बीडीओ ने कहा कि रक्तदान एक महादान है जिससे गंभीर रोगियों की जान बचाई जा सकती है । उक्त बैठक में सभी पंचायत के मुखिया, प्रखंड पंचायती राज्य पदाधिकारी, बीपीओ मनरेगा, प्रखंड समन्वयक आवास विभाग, रोजगार सेवक, कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर, पंचायत सहायक, एवं अन्य प्रखंड पदाधिकारी एवं कर्मी उपस्थित थे ।
