गुमला – गुमला जिला अंतर्गत स्थित घाघरा प्रखंड मुख्यालय स्थित महात्मा गांधी पुस्तकालय समय पर नही खुलने की समस्या को ले कर महात्मा गांधी पुस्तकालय घाघरा में अध्यनरत छात्र-छात्राओं ने प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी के समक्ष पहूंचकर हस्ताक्षर युक्त आवेदन देते हुए कहा कि निर्धारित समय पर उक्त पुस्तकालय नहीं खुलने एवं जनवरी के बाद से मासिक पत्रिका और नवीनतम पुस्तक उपलब्ध नहीं होने के कारण पुस्तकालय में अध्यनरत छात्र-छात्राओं को काफी समस्याएं उत्पन्न हो रही है । साथ ही उन्होंने विभिन्न समस्या के समाधान करने का अनुरोध किया गया है , मौके पर मनोज उरांव, अजय उरांव, करमचंद बड़ाइक, कुमोद महतो, सहित कई छात्र-छात्राएं उपस्थित थे ।
