गुमला, झारखंड | 10 अप्रैल 2025 — घाघरा थाना गेट के पास गुरुवार को सड़क सुरक्षा जागरूकता अभियान चलाया गया। इस दौरान वाहन चेकिंग के साथ-साथ लगभग 70 से 80 बाइक चालकों को यातायात नियमों के प्रति जागरूक किया गया। कार्यक्रम का संचालन गुमला जिला परिवहन विभाग की टीम ने किया, जिसमें मोटरयान निरीक्षक रॉबिन अजय सिंह, प्रदीप कुमार तिर्की, और सड़क सुरक्षा प्रभारी प्रभाष कुमार प्रमुख रूप से शामिल थे।
सड़क सुरक्षा सिर्फ जिम्मेदारी नहीं, जीवन की गारंटी है: अधिकारी
अभियान के दौरान अधिकारियों ने दोपहिया वाहन चालकों को हेलमेट पहनने की महत्ता समझाई। प्रभाष कुमार ने कहा, “सड़क पर चलने से पहले खुद की सुरक्षा सर्वोपरि होनी चाहिए। हेलमेट और सीट बेल्ट जैसे सुरक्षा उपकरण किसी भी बड़ी दुर्घटना में जान बचा सकते हैं।”
उन्होंने आगे बताया कि अधिकतर दुर्घटनाएं सुरक्षा मानकों की अनदेखी के कारण होती हैं और थोड़ा-सा सतर्क रहकर हम न सिर्फ अपनी बल्कि दूसरों की जान भी बचा सकते हैं।
रोड सेफ्टी काउंसलिंग के ज़रिए मिली अहम जानकारी
वाहन चेकिंग के दौरान सड़क सुरक्षा टीम ने रोड सेफ्टी काउंसलिंग का भी आयोजन किया। चालकों को बताया गया कि यातायात नियमों का पालन न करने पर कानूनी कार्रवाई भी की जा सकती है। साथ ही यह भी समझाया गया कि दुर्घटनाओं के पीछे सबसे बड़ी वजह लापरवाही होती है, जिसे जागरूकता और नियमबद्धता से रोका जा सकता है।
