एनडीए द्वारा जाति जनगणना का फैसला ‘सामाजिक न्याय की जीत’

भारतीय समाज में सामाजिक न्याय की दिशा में एक ऐतिहासिक कदम उठाते हुए, केंद्र की मोदी सरकार ने आगामी जनगणना में जाति आधारित गणना को शामिल करने का निर्णय लिया है। यह निर्णय न केवल सामाजिक समावेशिता को बढ़ावा देगा, बल्कि नीति-निर्माण को और अधिक डेटा-आधारित व प्रभावी बनाएगा। हालाँकि इस उपलब्धि के पीछे अपना दल (एस) की राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष और केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण राज्यमंत्री माननीय अनुप्रिया पटेल जी के अथक प्रयास और दृढ़ संकल्प को सबसे अधिक श्रेय दिया जाना चाहिए। अनुप्रिया जी ने सड़क से लेकर संसद तक जाति जनगणना की मांग को बुलंद किया है, और आज इस मांग के चरितार्थ होने का अर्थ है कि उनके नेतृत्व में सालों से चले आ रहे अपना दल (एस) के कार्यकर्ताओं के संघर्ष की जीत हुई है।
पार्टी के संस्थापक डॉ. सोनेलाल पटेल के सिद्धांत ‘जिसकी जितनी संख्या भारी, उसकी उतनी हिस्सेदारी’ को आधार बनाकर उन्होंने इस मांग को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर स्थापित किया। यह उनकी दूरदर्शिता और सामाजिक न्याय के प्रति प्रतिबद्धता का परिणाम है कि आज यह मांग हकीकत में बदल रही है। अनुप्रिया जी ने न केवल संसद में, बल्कि एनडीए की बैठकों और विभिन्न मंचों पर इस मुद्दे को बार-बार उठाया, जिसके फलस्वरूप केंद्र सरकार ने यह ऐतिहासिक निर्णय लिया।
यहां इस बात का जिक्र होना भी अति आवश्यक है कि अनुप्रिया पटेल के नेतृत्व में अपना दल (एस) ने अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धियां हासिल की हैं। उनकी अगुवाई में नवोदय विद्यालय, केंद्रीय विद्यालय, और सैनिक स्कूलों में 27 प्रतिशत ओबीसी आरक्षण लागू करवाया गया। इसके अलावा, नीट जैसी प्रतिष्ठित चिकित्सा प्रवेश परीक्षा और स्नातकोत्तर प्रवेश प्रक्रिया में भी ओबीसी आरक्षण को लागू करवाने में उनकी भूमिका उल्लेखनीय रही है। यह केवल नीतिगत बदलाव नहीं, बल्कि लाखों ओबीसी युवाओं के लिए शिक्षा और अवसर के नए द्वार खोलने वाला कदम है।
साथ ही, अनुप्रिया जी के प्रयासों से राष्ट्रीय पिछड़ा वर्ग आयोग को संवैधानिक दर्जा प्रदान किया गया, जो ओबीसी समुदाय के अधिकारों को मजबूत करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। यह आयोग ओबीसी समुदाय की समस्याओं को समझने और उनके लिए नीतियां बनाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहा है। लेकिन अपना दल (एस) का संघर्ष यहीं समाप्त नहीं होता।
अनुप्रिया जी के नेतृत्व में हम निजी क्षेत्र में 27 प्रतिशत ओबीसी आरक्षण लागू करने और एक अलग ओबीसी मंत्रालय के गठन की मांग को लेकर निरंतर प्रयासरत हैं। ओबीसी मंत्रालय की स्थापना से पिछड़े वर्गों के लिए केंद्रित नीतियां बनाना और उनके कल्याण को सुनिश्चित करना आसान होगा। यह मांग सामाजिक न्याय के व्यापक लक्ष्य को प्राप्त करने में महत्वपूर्ण सिद्ध होगी।

जाति जनगणना का यह निर्णय न केवल ओबीसी, बल्कि समाज के सभी वंचित वर्गों के लिए एक नई शुरुआत है। यह सुनिश्चित करेगा कि हर समुदाय को उसकी जनसंख्या के अनुपात में प्रतिनिधित्व और अवसर मिले। अपना दल (एस) इस दिशा में अपनी प्रतिबद्धता को और मजबूत करते हुए, सामाजिक समानता और न्याय के लिए संघर्ष जारी रखेगा।
