साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त ने सुनी आम जनता की समस्याएं और निदान को लेकर दिए कई आवश्यक व उचित दिशा निर्देश

गुमला :- गुमला जिले में नागरिकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित निवारण हेतु आयोजित साप्ताहिक जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में आम जनों के विभिन्न मुद्दों की सुनवाई की गई। जिले के शहरी व ग्रामीण क्षेत्र से आए लोगों ने अपनी अपनी समस्याओं को उपायुक्त गुमला के समक्ष रखा। इस दौरान उन्होंने वहां उपस्थित सभी लोगों से एक–एक कर उनकी समस्याएँ सुनी एवं अश्वासन दिया कि उनके सभी शिकायतों की जल्द से जल्द जाँच कराते हुए शिकायतों का समाधान किया जाएगा।

पलमा से गुमला राष्ट्रीय राज्यमार्ग 43 में सिलाफारी बस स्टैंड के समीप सड़क निर्माण कार्य अधूरा करके छोड़ने के संबंध में ग्रामीणों द्वारा आवेदन दिया गए। इनका कहना है कि निर्माण कार्य अधूरा रहने से ग्रामीणों एवं ( विशेषकर बुजुर्गों) को आवागमन में परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा। इस संबंध में संबंधित पदाधिकारी को आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु निर्देश दिए गए।

कोजा पंचायत अंतर्गत रमजा गलगुटरी में पेयजल समस्या व्याप्त है।ग्रामीणों को पीने का पानी उपलब्ध नहीं है। इस सम्बन्ध में ग्रामीणों ने उक्त गांव में एक डीप बोरिंग कराने हेतु आवेदन दिया है। इस संबंध में उपायुक्त ने संबंधित पदाधिकारी को आवश्यक कार्रवाई हेतु निर्देश दिए।

इसके अतिरिक्त आज के जन शिकायत निवारण में मुख्य रूप से भूमि विवाद, रोजगार,आर्थिक सहायता, जमीन मापी,सड़क,नाली,अबुआ आवास,राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ना, आश्रित को नौकरी , मानदेय भुगतान, पारिवारिक पेंशन,आधार कार्ड बनवाने हेतु आवेदन,पारिवारिक विवाद, आपदा प्रबंधन से मुआवजा राशि, पी एम आवास , ट्रांसफर के संबंध में, डीप बोरिंग,नौकरी एवं अन्य सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ दिए जाने हेतु आवेदन आये। आज उपायुक्त गुमला ने लगभग 30 से अधिक आवेदकों से मुलाकात की और उनकी समस्याओं को सुना। जन शिकायत में सभी शिकायतकर्ता की समस्याएँ को सुनने के पश्चात उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों को अग्रसारित कर सभी आवेदनों का भौतिक सत्यापन करते हुए समस्याओं का समाधान जल्द से जल्द करने का निर्देश दिया।
