संयुक्त सचिव, रक्षा मंत्रालय एवं केंद्रीय प्रभारी अधिकारी (ASP) अमित सतीजा ने SS+2 गर्ल्स उच्च विद्यालय का किया भ्रमण

गुमला : – संयुक्त सचिव, रक्षा मंत्रालय एवं केंद्रीय प्रभारी अधिकारी (ASP), भारत सरकार, अमित सतीजा ने अपने दो दिवसीय गुमला प्रवास के आज के अंतिम दिन में गुमला स्थित SS + 2 बालिका उच्च विद्यालय का भ्रमण किया। उन्होंने विद्यालय में संचालित विभिन्न शैक्षणिक एवं सह-शैक्षणिक गतिविधियों का अवलोकन किया। इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी सहित जिले के वरीय अधिकारी भी उपस्थित थे।

विद्यालय भ्रमण के क्रम में सतीजा ने स्मार्ट क्लास, विज्ञान प्रयोगशाला, ICT लैब, खेल कक्ष एवं “हर्ष जोहार कक्षा” का निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने कक्षा में उपस्थित छात्राओं से बातचीत की और उन्हें मन लगाकर पढ़ाई करने तथा आत्मविश्वास के साथ आगे बढ़ने के लिए प्रेरित किया। उन्होंने हर्ष जोहार कक्षा की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि इस प्रकार की गतिविधियाँ छात्राओं के मानसिक और भावनात्मक विकास में सहायक होती हैं। छात्राओं ने भी बताया कि इन कार्यक्रमों से उनमें आत्मविश्वास की वृद्धि हुई है और वे अपनी प्रतिभा को पहचानने लगी हैं।

इसके बाद सतीजा ने विद्यालय में स्थापित लैंग्वेज लैब का निरीक्षण किया, जहाँ छात्राएं आधुनिक तकनीक के माध्यम से विशेष रूप से अंग्रेजी भाषा का अभ्यास कर रही हैं। उन्होंने इसे एक सराहनीय पहल बताते हुए कहा कि निरंतर अभ्यास से ही भाषा में दक्षता आती है।

सतीजा ने विद्यालय की पुस्तकालय का भी अवलोकन किया और उपायुक्त गुमला को सुझाव दिया कि करियर काउंसलिंग से संबंधित अधिक उपयोगी पुस्तकों की व्यवस्था की जाए ताकि छात्राओं को विभिन्न करियर विकल्पों की जानकारी मिल सके।

भ्रमण के दौरान कुछ छात्राओं ने प्रशासनिक सेवाओं में जाने की अपनी रुचि जाहिर की। इस पर सतीजा ने उपायुक्त गुमला से आग्रह किया कि एक विशेष करियर काउंसलिंग सत्र का आयोजन किया जाए, जिसमें अधिकारीगण अपने अनुभव साझा करें एवं छात्राओं का मार्गदर्शन करें। उन्होंने छात्राओं को सभी विषयों का गहन अध्ययन करने तथा विशेष रूप से NCERT की पुस्तकों को गंभीरता से पढ़ने की सलाह दी। साथ ही, उन्होंने समाचार-पत्र पढ़ने की आदत डालने एवं समाचारों का चयनात्मक अध्ययन करने की विधि भी समझाई।

विद्यालय भ्रमण के उपरांत संयुक्त सचिव द्वारा वृक्षारोपण कर पर्यावरण संरक्षण का संदेश दिया गया। इसके पश्चात उन्होंने गुमला पॉलिटेक्निक कॉलेज के विद्यार्थियों द्वारा बनाए गए रोबोटिक्स मॉडल्स का अवलोकन किया। इनमें रोबो रेस, ड्रोन पिक, रोबो फाइट इत्यादि शामिल थे। उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों को हर मॉडल के पीछे की वैज्ञानिक अवधारणाओं को समझने की सलाह दी तथा कहा कि किसी भी मॉडल का निर्माण करते समय उसके वास्तविक जीवन में उपयोग और व्यावसायिक संभावनाओं पर भी विचार करना चाहिए। उन्होंने छात्रों के नवाचार की सराहना करते हुए उनके उज्ज्वल भविष्य की शुभकामनाएं दीं।

इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी, परियोजना निदेशक ITDA रीना हांसदा, जिला योजना पदाधिकारी, जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक सहित अन्य अधिकारी, विद्यालय के प्रधानाचार्य, शिक्षक एवं बड़ी संख्या में छात्राएं उपस्थित थीं।
