इंदौर, 6 मई 2025 — बुंदेलखंड क्षेत्र की पारंपरिक रसोई में पनपी पाक प्रतिभा अब झाँसी के मंच पर अपना अंतिम प्रदर्शन देने को तैयार है। ‘बुंदेली शेफ सीज़न 2’ का ग्रैंड फिनाले आगामी 11 मई को झाँसी में आयोजित होगा, जिसमें पाँच फाइनलिस्ट महिलाएं आमने-सामने होंगी।
प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन बुंदेलखंड 24×7 द्वारा किया गया है, जिसमें सेमीफाइनल राउंड में सात महिला जजों ने प्रतिभागियों के बेसन आधारित व्यंजनों का मूल्यांकन कर पाँच सर्वश्रेष्ठ शेफ को फाइनल के लिए चुना।
फाइनलिस्ट के स्वाद भरे सफर पर एक नज़र:
- सागर से आईं रश्मि ठाकुर ने पारंपरिक मोहनथाल से सबका दिल जीत लिया।
- ललितपुर की रुचि जैन ने मिठासभरे मैसूर पाक से निर्णायकों को प्रभावित किया।
- झाँसी की साक्षी श्रीवास्तव ने प्रस्तुत किया शानदार बेसन चूरमा लड्डू।
- ज़ाहिदा परवीन ने स्थानीय स्वादों को पेश करते हुए डला टपरिया नामक व्यंजन बनाया।
- वहीं पूनम रैकवार, जो झाँसी से ही हैं, ने अपने पारंपरिक बेसन के लड्डू से फाइनल में जगह पक्की की।
फिनाले की खास बात यह होगी कि प्रतियोगिता स्थल पर ही फाइनलिस्ट को एक नया व्यंजन बताया जाएगा, जिसे सीमित समय में तैयार करना होगा। कार्यक्रम की शोभा बढ़ाने के लिए सीज़न 1 की विजेता शमिता सिंह भी उपस्थित रहेंगी।
बुंदेलखंड 24×7 के निदेशक आसिफ पटेल ने इस पहल को लेकर कहा, “हमारा उद्देश्य केवल कुकिंग प्लेटफॉर्म देना नहीं है, बल्कि महिलाओं को यह विश्वास दिलाना है कि उनका हुनर उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बना सकता है। यह मंच उन्हें पारिवारिक दायरे से आगे बढ़कर समाज में नेतृत्व करने की प्रेरणा देता है।”
‘बुंदेली शेफ’, केवल एक पाक प्रतियोगिता न होकर, बुंदेलखंड की संस्कृति, परंपरा और महिला सशक्तिकरण का संगम बन गया है। इस मंच ने क्षेत्र की महिलाओं को सामाजिक मंचों पर लाने और उनके अंदर छिपी रचनात्मक क्षमता को पहचानने का अवसर दिया है।
प्रतियोगिता की सफलता में कई संस्थाओं का योगदान रहा है—रुद्राणी कला ग्राम ने आयोजन में सहयोग दिया, PR 24×7 ने पीआर पार्टनर के रूप में भूमिका निभाई, जबकि रसा एरोमा और माय कोकोनट्ज़ गिफ्ट पार्टनर रहे। डिजिटल प्रचार के लिए OOH बाज़ार ने सहयोग प्रदान किया।
