दुर्गम गाँव तक पैदल पहुँचे गुमला उपायुक्त, ग्रामीणों की समस्याएं सुनीं और त्वरित कार्रवाई के दिए निर्देश

गुमला, 26 मई 2025 — विकास योजनाओं की जमीनी हकीकत का जायज़ा लेने गुमला के उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी बुधवार को विशुनपुर प्रखंड के ग़म्हारपाठ गांव पहुँचे। यह सुदूरवर्ती गांव नरमा पंचायत में स्थित है, जहाँ तक पहुंचने के लिए उपायुक्त को करीब 1.5 किलोमीटर की खड़ी पहाड़ी पर पैदल यात्रा करनी पड़ी। गांव में महज 35 परिवार रहते हैं और बुनियादी सुविधाओं का अभाव लंबे समय से ग्रामीणों की चिंता का कारण बना हुआ है।

जनसभा में खुलकर बोले ग्रामीण, सड़क-पानी-बिजली को लेकर जताई पीड़ा

गांव में पहुंचने के बाद उपायुक्त ने स्थानीय ग्रामीणों के साथ जनसंवाद आयोजित किया, जिसमें सड़क, बिजली, पेयजल, विद्यालय की जर्जर हालत, आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र की मरम्मत, तालाब व नहर निर्माण, सिंचाई सुविधाओं और सोलर जलमीनार की मांग प्रमुखता से उठाई गई।

उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों की बातों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को समयबद्ध कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने REO विभाग को गांव तक सड़क निर्माण के लिए डीपीआर तैयार करने को कहा और मनरेगा के माध्यम से टीसीबी, मेडबंदी जैसे कार्यों को प्राथमिकता देने का निर्देश दिया।

सरकारी योजनाओं की दी जानकारी, महिलाओं को प्रेरित किया

जनसंवाद के दौरान उपायुक्त ने ग्रामीणों को मनरेगा, मातृ वंदना योजना, मैय्या सम्मान योजना, छात्रवृत्ति योजना जैसी सरकारी योजनाओं के बारे में जानकारी दी और उन्हें इनसे जुड़ने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

उन्होंने स्वयं सहायता समूहों (SHG) से जुड़ी महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार अपनाने, प्रशिक्षण लेने और छोटे-छोटे व्यावसायिक कार्यों में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाने की सलाह दी। विशेष रूप से गांव के 5 ब्रिजिया (PVTG) परिवारों की स्थिति पर चर्चा कर, उनके जीवन स्तर सुधार के लिए अलग से योजनाएं तैयार करने की बात कही।

चबूतरा, राशन कार्ड, वन पट्टा समेत कई मुद्दों पर मिला आश्वासन

ग्रामीणों ने चबूतरा निर्माण, वन पट्टा आवंटन, राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ने और संशोधन, आधार अपडेट जैसे मुद्दे भी उठाए। उपायुक्त ने इन सभी समस्याओं के शीघ्र समाधान का भरोसा दिलाया।

विद्यालय और आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र की हालत पर जताई चिंता

निरीक्षण के दौरान उपायुक्त ने गांव के प्राथमिक विद्यालय और आंगनवाड़ी केंद्र की स्थिति का जायजा लिया। भवनों की जर्जर हालत पर नाराज़गी जताते हुए उन्होंने तुरंत मरम्मत कराने का निर्देश दिया। साथ ही, उन्होंने गर्भवती महिलाओं को नियमित जांच कराने और मातृ वंदना योजना से जुड़ने की अपील की।

इस मौके पर प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, अंचल अधिकारी, विभिन्न विभागों के अभियंता, पंचायत प्रतिनिधि और अन्य कर्मचारी भी मौजूद थे।
