विधुत विभाग की लापरवाही बनी मौत का कारण: गुमला में किसान और चार मवेशियों की करंट से दर्दनाक मौत

गुमला, 26 मई 2025 — झारखंड के गुमला जिले में रविवार को दो अलग-अलग घटनाओं में विधुत करंट की चपेट में आकर एक किसान सहित चार मवेशियों की मौत हो गई, जिससे ग्रामीणों में आक्रोश और शोक का माहौल है। हादसों का कारण टूटे हुए बिजली के तारों को समय पर न हटाना बताया जा रहा है।

इटकिरी पंचायत में खेत जोतने निकले किसान की मौके पर ही मौत

पहली घटना घाघरा थाना क्षेत्र के नावाडीह गांव में हुई, जहां 45 वर्षीय किसान बुद्धमन उरांव की दो बैलों के साथ करंट की चपेट में आकर मौत हो गई।

मृतक की पत्नी सूरतमुनी देवी के अनुसार, रविवार सुबह लगभग पाँच बजे बुद्धमन अपने दो बैलों के साथ खेत की ओर जा रहे थे, तभी रास्ते में एक गिरा हुआ 11 हजार वोल्ट का बिजली तार दिखाई नहीं पड़ा। पहले बैल उस करंट प्रवाहित तार के संपर्क में आए और तड़पने लगे। उन्हें बचाने की कोशिश में बुद्धमन खुद भी करंट की चपेट में आ गए और घटनास्थल पर ही उनकी मौत हो गई।

दूसरी घटना में दो गोवंशीय पशुओं की जान गई

एक अन्य हादसा कामडारा थाना क्षेत्र के खैराटोली गांव में रविवार शाम को हुआ, जहां ग्रामीण एसएल केरकेट्टा के दो गोवंशीय पशु उसी तरह सड़क पर गिरे करंट प्रवाहित तार की चपेट में आ गए। दोनों मवेशियों की मौके पर ही मौत हो गई।

प्रशासन और विभाग की धीमी प्रतिक्रिया पर उठे सवाल

इन घटनाओं के बाद स्थानीय ग्रामीणों और परिजनों में बिजली विभाग की लापरवाही को लेकर गहरा आक्रोश देखा गया। ग्रामीणों का आरोप है कि विधुत विभाग की उदासीनता और समय पर टूटे हुए तारों की मरम्मत न होने के कारण यह जानलेवा हादसे हुए।

घटनाओं की सूचना मिलने पर घाघरा थाना पुलिस और विधुत विभाग के अधिकारी मौके पर पहुंचे। बुद्धमन उरांव के शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए गुमला सदर अस्पताल भेजा गया। पोस्टमार्टम के बाद शव परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया।

मुआवजे का दिया गया आश्वासन

विधुत विभाग के अधिकारियों ने पीड़ित परिवार को आवश्यक मुआवजा दिलाने का आश्वासन दिया है। हालांकि, स्थानीय लोग दोषियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई और त्वरित मुआवजे की मांग कर रहे हैं।

इन घटनाओं ने एक बार फिर यह सवाल खड़ा कर दिया है कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में बिजली आपूर्ति की निगरानी और सुरक्षा उपाय कितने प्रभावी हैं। समय रहते जरूरी कदम नहीं उठाए गए तो ऐसे हादसे भविष्य में भी दोहराए जा सकते हैं।
