सरना धर्म कोड की मांग को लेकर राजभवन के समक्ष कांग्रेस का धरना-प्रदर्शन,सरना धर्म कोड हम लेकर रहेंगे…आदिवासियों की पहचान खोने नहीं देंगे: के. राजू 

रांची : राजभवन के समक्ष झारखंड कांग्रेस के नेतृत्व में सरना धर्म कोड की मांग को लेकर सोमवार को धरना-प्रदर्शन दिया गया. बतौर मुख्य अतिथि के तौर पर अखिल भारतीय कांग्रेस कमिटी के स्थायी आमंत्रित सदस्य और झारखंड प्रभारी के. राजू, सह प्रभारी डॉ सिरिवेल्ला प्रसाद, एवं प्रणव झा उपस्थित थे। 

धरने को संबोधित करते हुए झारखंड प्रभारी के. राजू ने कहा कि सरना धर्मकोड आदिवासियों का मौलिक हक है। इसको सुरक्षित रखने की जिम्मेवारी कांग्रेस पार्टी की है। कांग्रेस लगातार यह मांग कर रही है अब हम सड़कों पर उतरे हैं और इसे लेकर बहुत जल्द दिल्ली के जंतर-मंतर पर भी धरना आयोजित किया जाएगा और उसके उपरांत राष्ट्रपति द्रौपदी मुर्मू से मिलकर इसे लागू कराने को लेकर आग्रह किया जाएगा।

उन्होंने कहा कि जिस प्रकार तीन काले कृषि कानून को निरस्त करवाया, जातीय जनगणना कैबिनेट से पास कराया और उसका रास्ता खुलवाया ठीक उसी प्रकार सरना धर्म कोड भी हम सातवें कॉलम में डलवा कर रहेंगे। हम आदिवासियों की पहचान खोने नहीं देंगे। 

RSS महिलाओं को अधिकार देना नहीं चाहता : शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की

धरना में कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने केंद्र सरकार की नीयत पर सवाल उठाते हुए कहा कि आदिवासी समाज सबसे अनोखा समाज है. इस समाज में बराबरी, सामूहिकता, एकता और भाईचारगी को प्राथमिकता दी जाती है. ये सब कुछ संविधान में निहित है.

मंत्री ने कहा कि मरांग गोमके ने भी कहा था कि आदिवासी समाज सदियों से सामूहिकता में जीता आया है. जिस संविधान से देश का संचालन होता आ रहा है उस संविधान को RSS  नहीं मानता. वो संविधान को भारतीय भी नहीं मानता. RSS के लोग महिलाओं को अधिकार देना नहीं चाहते. RSS के लोग महिलाओं को वस्तु से साथ तुलना करते हैं.

मंत्री ने कहा कि ये लोग आदिवासी समाज को जाति में बांटना चाहते हैं, लेकिन आदिवासी समाज ये तय करेगा उसका धर्म कौन सा होगा. आदिवासी समाज अपना धर्म को मानने और अपनाने के लिए स्वतंत्र है. 

केन्द्र आदिवासियों को सिर्फ वोट बैंक समझता है : केशव महतो कमलेश

प्रदेश कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष केशव महतो कमलेश ने कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार आदिवासियों के हक और अधिकार का हनन कर रही है। केन्द्र सरकार एक षड़यंत्र के तहत आदिवासियों के धार्मिक अस्तित्व को मिटाने का प्रयास कर रही है। धार्मिक आधार पर उनको पहचान नहीं देना चाहती है।

सरना धर्म कोड का प्रस्ताव हमने विधानसभा से पारित किया और केन्द्र को भेजा लेकिन केन्द्र की सरकार सिर्फ आदिवासियों को वोट बैंक के रूप में इस्तेमाल करना चाहती है। सबका साथ सबका विकास का नारा देती है लेकिन आदिवासियों, दलितों, अल्पसंख्यकों का विनाश चाहती है। 

मंत्री राधाकृष्ण किशोर ने कहा कि अब वक्त आ गया है अब याचना नहीं रण हो और कांग्रेस इसके लिए पूरी तरह तैयार है। हम सरना धर्म कोड लेकर रहेंगे।  मंत्री इरफान अंसारी ने कहा कि सरना धर्मकोड संवैधानिक अधिकार है, और जब तक केन्द्र की सरकार सरनाधर्म कोड नहीं देती हम आंदोलन करते रहेंगे। 

सांसद सुखदेव भगत ने कहा कि भारत सरकार पशुओं की गणना करती है, लेकिन धार्मिक आधार पर आदिवासियों की गणना कर पहचान नहीं देना चाहती है. आदिवासियों के पाहन, पुजारी व धर्मस्थल को महत्व नहीं देना चाहती। 

राज्यपाल को ज्ञापन सौंपा गया

धरना के उपरांत राज्यपाल संतोष गंगवार को सरना धर्मकोड लागू करने करने के लिए एक प्रदेश प्रतिनिधिमंडल मिला और उन्हें ज्ञापन सौंपा। धरना कार्यक्रम का संचालन प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमिटी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष शहजादा अनवर ने की।
