गुमला शहर में खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग एवं तंबाकू निषेध टीम की संयुक्त छापेमारी, अमूल मोतीचूर लड्डू का नमूना जांच हेतु भेजा गया

गुमला :- गुमला जिला मुख्यालय में संयुक्त खाद्य सुरक्षा आयुक्त, झारखंड, उपायुक्त गुमला एवं अभिहित अधिकारी-सह-अपर मुख्य चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी, गुमला के संयुक्त निर्देश पर गुमला शहर में खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों एवं जनस्वास्थ्य से जुड़े नियमों के अनुपालन को सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग एवं तंबाकू निषेध टीम द्वारा विशेष संयुक्त छापेमारी अभियान चलाया गया। अभियान का नेतृत्व खाद्य सुरक्षा पदाधिकारी प्रकाश चंद्र गुग्गी, कुमार प्रभाकर, आशा राज एवं तंबाकू निषेध पदाधिकारी वंदना स्मिता होरो ने किया।

अभियान के दौरान शहर के विभिन्न खाद्य प्रतिष्ठानों, होटल, चाट-ठेला, किराना दुकानों, थोक एवं खुदरा विक्रेताओं का सघन निरीक्षण किया गया। निरीक्षण के क्रम में खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता, स्वच्छता व्यवस्था, सुरक्षित भंडारण, खाद्य लाइसेंस एवं पंजीकरण, उत्पादों की एक्सपायरी तिथि तथा लेबलिंग संबंधी प्रावधानों की विस्तार से जांच की गई। अधिकारियों ने सभी खाद्य कारोबारियों को खाद्य सुरक्षा एवं मानक अधिनियम के प्रावधानों का कड़ाई से पालन करने तथा उपभोक्ताओं को सुरक्षित, स्वच्छ एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध कराने के निर्देश दिए।

निरीक्षण के दौरान कई प्रतिष्ठानों में स्वच्छता एवं खाद्य पदार्थों के रख-रखाव को लेकर आवश्यक सुधारात्मक सुझाव दिए गए। विशेष रूप से सड़क किनारे संचालित चाट एवं फास्ट फूड विक्रेताओं को निर्देशित किया गया कि वे खाद्य सामग्री को पूरी तरह ढककर रखें, वेज एवं नॉन-वेज खाद्य पदार्थों को अलग-अलग रखें, खाने में अखाद्य रंग का इस्तेमाल नहीं करने तथा खाद्य सामग्री को परोसने या लपेटने के लिए समाचार पत्र (न्यूज पेपर) का उपयोग न करें, क्योंकि समाचार पत्र की स्याही स्वास्थ्य के लिए हानिकारक हो सकती है।

अभियान के दौरान माँ भवानी एजेंसी, गुमला से अमूल मोतीचूर लड्डू का नमूना संग्रहित कर जांच के लिए राज्य खाद्य प्रयोगशाला भेजा गया, ताकि उसकी गुणवत्ता एवं खाद्य सुरक्षा मानकों की पुष्टि की जा सके।

इसी क्रम में तंबाकू निषेध टीम द्वारा कोटपा अधिनियम, 2003 एवं संशोधित अधिनियम, 2021 के तहत सार्वजनिक स्थलों एवं दुकानों का निरीक्षण किया गया। संबंधित दुकानदारों को तंबाकू उत्पादों की बिक्री एवं प्रदर्शन से संबंधित नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए तथा अधिनियम के प्रावधानों की जानकारी भी दी गई।

खाद्य सुरक्षा विभाग ने आम नागरिकों से अपील की है कि वे केवल स्वच्छ एवं लाइसेंसधारी प्रतिष्ठानों से ही खाद्य सामग्री खरीदें तथा खाद्य पदार्थों की गुणवत्ता, पैकेजिंग एवं एक्सपायरी तिथि की जांच अवश्य करें। किसी भी प्रकार की खाद्य अनियमितता की सूचना संबंधित विभाग को देकर सुरक्षित खाद्य व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने में सहयोग करें।
