गुमला में लूट की साजिश नाकाम, देसी हथियार और कारतूस के साथ दो आरोपी गिरफ्तार

गुमला — झारखंड के गुमला जिले में पुलिस ने दो युवकों को लूट की योजना बनाते समय गिरफ्तार किया है। गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर हुई इस कार्रवाई में पुलिस ने आरोपियों के पास से एक देसी कट्टा और चार जिंदा कारतूस बरामद किए हैं। दोनों को गिरफ्तार कर न्यायिक हिरासत में गुमला जेल भेज दिया गया है।

गुमला के सदर एसडीपीओ सुरेश प्रसाद यादव ने मंगलवार को अपने कार्यालय में प्रेस वार्ता के दौरान बताया कि पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभू कुमार सिंह को सूचना मिली थी कि भरनो थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत मारासिली नदी के सामने एक अधनिर्मित कमरे में दो व्यक्ति आपराधिक वारदात की तैयारी में जुटे हैं।

पुलिस ने बनाई विशेष टीम, कार्रवाई रही सफल

सूचना मिलते ही थाना प्रभारी कंचन प्रजापति के नेतृत्व में एक विशेष छापामारी दल का गठन किया गया। जैसे ही पुलिस की टीम मौके पर पहुंची, वहां मौजूद दोनों संदिग्ध पुलिस को देखकर भागने लगे, लेकिन सशस्त्र बलों की तत्परता से उन्हें पकड़ लिया गया।

आरोपियों के पास से हथियार व कारतूस बरामद

गिरफ्तार युवकों की पहचान विकास लोहार (19) और प्रकाश महली उर्फ टेंनचे के रूप में हुई है, जो भरनो थाना क्षेत्र के लोंगा गांव के निवासी हैं। तलाशी के दौरान विकास लोहार के पास से एक देसी कट्टा, उसके मैगजीन में दो जिंदा कारतूस, जबकि प्रकाश महली के पास से दो अतिरिक्त जिंदा कारतूस बरामद किए गए।

आरोप कबूले, ग्रामीणों को लूटने की बना रहे थे योजना

पुलिस पूछताछ में दोनों आरोपियों ने स्वीकार किया कि वे हथियार के बल पर ग्रामीण राहगीरों को लूटने की योजना बना रहे थे। आरोपियों को बाद में न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत कर न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया।

पुलिस अधीक्षक ने जताई सतर्कता की आवश्यकता

एसडीपीओ ने बताया कि गुप्त सूचनाओं पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए अपराधियों की धरपकड़ जारी रहेगी। उन्होंने आम नागरिकों से अपील की कि वे किसी भी संदिग्ध गतिविधि की जानकारी तत्काल पुलिस को दें, ताकि समय रहते कार्रवाई की जा सके।

इस कार्रवाई से क्षेत्र में अपराधियों के हौसले पस्त हुए हैं और पुलिस की तत्परता से नागरिकों में सुरक्षा का भरोसा और मजबूत हुआ है।
