रांची : पूर्व मंत्री व झारखण्ड प्रदेश कांग्रेस कमेटी के कार्यकारी अध्यक्ष बंधु तिर्की ने कहा है कि पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री रघुवर दास को पता नहीं झारखण्ड का वैसा कौन-सा विदेशी धर्म नजर आ रहा है, जो पेसा नियमावली तैयार करने के मार्ग में बाधक बना है. उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा नेताओं विशेषकर रघुवर दास की दोषारोपण करने की आदत ही हो गयी है और आज इसी के तहत किसी तथाकथित विदेशी धर्म का नाम ले रहे हैं, लेकिन ऐसी अतार्किक और हल्की बातें अच्छी नहीं लगती.

श्री तिर्की ने कहा कि रघुवर दास झारखण्ड के सम्मानित पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री होने के साथ-साथ ओडिशा के राज्यपाल जैसे सम्मानित पद पर भी रह चुके हैं. उन्हें शासन-प्रशासन की प्रक्रिया के साथ ही विधि निर्माण एवं नियमावली तैयार करने की प्रक्रिया अच्छी तरह से पता है. ऐसे में उन्हें यह पता होना चाहिये कि कभी-कभी जनाकांक्षाओं से गहराई से जुड़े जिस विधि या नियमावली तैयार करने का ज़्यादा दबाव होता है उसमें कुछ समय लगता ही है.

‘पेसा नियमावली को लागू करने को लेेेकर गंभीर हैं सीएम’

उन्होंने कहा कि झारखण्ड सरकार विशेष कर मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन पेसा नियमावली को लागू करने के मामले में बेहद संवेदनशील एवं गंभीर हैं. इसके साथ ही महत्वपूर्ण बात यह भी है कि हेमंत सोरेन के नेतृत्व में काम कर रही इंडिया गठबंधन की सरकार आम जनमानस के बीच अच्छी सहमति बनाकर ही किसी कानून को बनाने या नियमावली तैयार कर उसे जमीनी स्तर पर लागू करने का प्रयास करती है ना कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी की तरह मनमाने तरीके से किसी कानून या नियमावली को तैयार कर उसे लागू कर देती है भले ही उससे आम जनमानस का अहित हो.

‘अपना शासनकाल याद करें रघुवर’

श्री तिर्की ने याद दिलाया कि अपने शासन के दौरान रघुवर दास के नेतृत्व में काम कर रही भाजपा सरकार ने किस प्रकार से झारखण्ड के सीएनटी एवं एसपीटी एक्ट के साथ छेड़छाड़ करने के अलावा यहां की जमीन को उद्योगपतियों के हिस्से में डालने के लिये कितनी साज़िशें रची थी पर वे असफल रहे. आदिवासियों से संबंधित मामले पर हेमंत सरकार किसी भी हाल में समझौता नहीं करने वाली है.
