गुमला में कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की प्रगति पर ज़ोर: उपायुक्त ने की विभागीय समीक्षा

गुमला, 4 जून 2025 — गुमला जिले में संचालित सामाजिक कल्याण योजनाओं की कार्यप्रगति की समीक्षा हेतु उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित की अध्यक्षता में एक अहम बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। बैठक में महिला, बाल विकास एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा विभाग की प्रमुख योजनाओं पर बिंदुवार समीक्षा की गई और अधिकारियों को लक्ष्य आधारित कार्य योजना अपनाने के निर्देश दिए गए।

पोषण ट्रैकर ऐप और सैम-मैम बच्चों पर विशेष ध्यान

बैठक में पोषण ट्रैकर ऐप में लाभुकों के पंजीकरण और आधार सत्यापन की स्थिति, बच्चों का वजन माप, गृह भ्रमण, तथा कुपोषण से ग्रसित सैम और मैम बच्चों की निगरानी पर खास ज़ोर दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि केवल वजन के आधार पर बच्चों की पहचान करना पर्याप्त नहीं है — उन्हें उचित पोषाहार भी समय पर उपलब्ध कराया जाए।

उन्होंने कहा, “सिर्फ पहचान नहीं, बल्कि सुधार की दिशा में ठोस कदम उठाना ज़रूरी है। माता-पिता को पोषण के महत्व की जानकारी दी जाए और बच्चों की स्वास्थ्य स्थिति में वास्तविक सुधार सुनिश्चित किया जाए।”

मातृत्व वंदना योजना में 100% पात्रता सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश

बैठक में प्रधानमंत्री मातृत्व वंदना योजना के तहत लाभुकों को चिह्नित कर योजना से जोड़ने के लिए सभी सीडीपीओ को स्पष्ट लक्ष्य तय कर कार्रवाई करने को कहा गया। उपायुक्त ने महिलाओं को इस योजना के प्रति जागरूक करने की रणनीति पर भी विचार रखने को कहा।

कन्यादान और किशोरी समृद्धि योजनाओं पर चर्चा

मुख्यमंत्री कन्यादान योजना और सावित्रीबाई फुले किशोरी समृद्धि योजना की प्रगति की भी समीक्षा की गई। इन योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन के लिए उपायुक्त ने प्रत्येक प्रखंड स्तर पर प्रचार-प्रसार और पात्र लाभुकों की पहचान की सिफारिश की।

आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों की स्थिति पर भी फोकस

बैठक में सेविका-सहायिका की रिक्तियों को एक माह के भीतर भरने के निर्देश दिए गए। साथ ही, आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों की आधारभूत संरचना — जैसे शौचालय, बिजली, पानी, और मरम्मत कार्यों को प्राथमिकता देने पर ज़ोर दिया गया। उपायुक्त ने कहा कि इन सुविधाओं की अनुपस्थिति बच्चों और महिलाओं के लिए असुविधा का कारण बनती है, जिसे दूर करना विभाग की जिम्मेदारी है।

गृह भ्रमण और गर्भवती महिलाओं की पहचान पर भी दिए निर्देश

महिला पर्यवेक्षिकाओं को गर्भवती महिलाओं की पहचान कर उन्हें सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी देने और लाभ पहुंचाने के लिए घर-घर जाकर भ्रमण करने का निर्देश भी बैठक में दिया गया।
