गुमला में ‘प्रोजेक्ट अजीत’ से शिक्षा में नई जान: बच्चों की रचनात्मकता और शिक्षकों के नवाचार को मिल रहा बढ़ावा

गुमला, 4 जून 2025 — गुमला जिले में प्रारंभिक शिक्षा को सशक्त बनाने के उद्देश्य से ‘प्रोजेक्ट अजीत’ के अंतर्गत विद्यालयों में नवाचारी पहलों की एक श्रृंखला चलाई जा रही है। यह प्रयास झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना के तहत संचालित है, जिसमें न केवल बच्चों की सीखने की क्षमता बढ़ाने बल्कि शिक्षकों के नवाचार को भी मंच देने की कोशिश की जा रही है।

सजे-धजे कक्ष और रीडिंग कॉर्नर से बढ़ रही बच्चों की रुचि

जिला शिक्षा अधीक्षक नूर आलम खां ने बताया कि अब तक 1,290 प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में से 586 विद्यालयों के कक्षा-कक्षों को सुसज्जित किया जा चुका है। 543 विद्यालयों में रीडिंग कॉर्नर की स्थापना हो चुकी है, जिससे बच्चों में पुस्तक पढ़ने की आदत को बल मिला है। बच्चों की भाषा और गणितीय समझ को गहराने के लिए टीएलएम (Teaching Learning Material) का अधिकतम उपयोग भी सुनिश्चित किया जा रहा है।

प्रेरणा मंच से सीख रहे बच्चे महापुरुषों और स्थानीय नायकों की कहानियां

खां ने बताया कि छात्रों में प्रेरणा जगाने के लिए 434 विद्यालयों में प्रेरणा मंच की शुरुआत की गई है। इसके तहत विद्यालयों में पूर्व सैनिकों, सेवानिवृत्त शिक्षकों, जनप्रतिनिधियों और सामाजिक प्रेरकों को आमंत्रित कर उनके जीवन अनुभव विद्यार्थियों से साझा किए जा रहे हैं।

श्रेष्ठ कार्यों को पहचान और सम्मान

प्रत्येक 12 प्रखंडों से एक-एक प्रेरक शिक्षक को सम्मानित किया गया है। इसके अलावा उत्कृष्ट योगदान देने वाले संकुल साधनसेवी और परियोजना कर्मियों को भी प्रशस्ति पत्र दिए गए हैं, जिससे अन्य शिक्षक भी नवाचार की दिशा में कार्य करने को प्रेरित हों।

संकुल संसाधन केंद्र बन रहे नवाचार के केंद्र

जिले के 100 संकुल संसाधन केंद्रों को प्रेरणा, नवाचार और जनसहभागिता के हब के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है। इनमें अब तक 66 संकुलों में टीएलएम बैंक की स्थापना हो चुकी है, जबकि 70 संकुलों को पूर्ण रूप से सुसज्जित किया गया है। साथ ही 82 संकुलों में नवाचारी गतिविधियाँ, शिक्षक संवाद और मासिक बैठकें आयोजित की गई हैं।

इन केंद्रों में पियर लर्निंग, अनुभवी शिक्षकों के अनुभवों का आदान-प्रदान, बाल सभा और प्रेरणा उत्सव जैसी पहलें बच्चों के व्यवहार और उपस्थिति में सकारात्मक बदलाव लाने की दिशा में कारगर साबित हो रही हैं।

मासिक समीक्षा बैठक का निर्देश

डीएसई नूर आलम खां ने सभी शिक्षकों, सीआरपी, बीआरपी और शिक्षा विभाग से जुड़े अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया है कि विद्यालय खुलते ही प्रत्येक प्रखंड में बीडीओ की अध्यक्षता में मासिक समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की जाए। उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि शेष बचे विद्यालयों में निर्धारित सभी कार्य इस माह के अंत तक पूर्ण किए जाएं।
