गुमला जिले के खेल प्रशिक्षकों का वार्षिक फिटनेस असेसमेंट टेस्ट संपन्न

गुमला : – गुमला जिले में संचालित आवासीय प्रशिक्षण केंद्र, डे बोर्डिंग, क्रीड़ा किसलय एवं खेलो इंडिया सेंटर के प्रशिक्षकों का वार्षिक फिटनेस असेसमेंट टेस्ट मंगलवार को स्थानीय अल्बर्ट एक्का स्टेडियम में आयोजित किया गया। इस दौरान संविदा पर बहाल चार प्रशिक्षकों एवं मानदेय पर कार्यरत नौ प्रशिक्षकों की शारीरिक दक्षता एवं फिटनेस का परीक्षण किया गया।

फिटनेस असेसमेंट टेस्ट का उद्देश्य प्रशिक्षकों की शारीरिक फिटनेस के मानकों का आकलन कर उन्हें बेहतर शारीरिक स्वास्थ्य एवं खेल प्रशिक्षण के लिए प्रेरित करना रहा। इस प्रक्रिया में प्रशिक्षकों की सहनशक्ति, गति, लचीलापन एवं अन्य आवश्यक फिटनेस मापदंडों की जांच की गई।

इस टेस्ट में आवासीय प्रशिक्षण केंद्र के फुटबॉल प्रशिक्षक बीना केरकेट्टा, हॉकी प्रशिक्षक शम्भु कुमार, डे बोर्डिंग फुटबॉल प्रशिक्षक सुबीर, रायमुनी, अनीता बैक एवं रिज़वान अली, वॉलीबॉल प्रशिक्षक रेशमा बानो, एथलेटिक्स प्रशिक्षक निर्मला कुमारी, संदीप उरांव एवं महावीर राम लोहारा तथा बैडमिंटन प्रशिक्षक प्रदीप कुमार शामिल हुए ।
